Our first time doing Little Si and it was great! Lots of people out today! Lots of fur babies (most on leash) and little babies too! By far the busiest trail we’ve ever done. My 9yo did the whole trail, with quite a few breaks;) mom needed them too! Beautiful views, interesting scenery! I clocked 5.7mi car to car and just over 1,500ft EG!

I would consider this on the more difficult side of moderate only because of the incline. The views from the top make all the effort getting there worth it.
There were tree trunks and quite a few rocks on the trail but other than that doable. I saw many dogs and young kids so anyone can do this hike.

it was a great hike! it was my first hike and I'm glad it was little si! cant wait to see what mount si has to offer!

I started out on West Tiger #3 which was pretty uphill. It gets the blood pumping to be sure. About a mile in, the trail splits off to Talus Rocks Trail.

The first little portion of Talus Rocks Trail continues uphill but not for long. Within a half mile you arrive at Talus Rocks and they are phenomenal. Kids would have a blast climbing on, around, and through them. As an adult, I was blown away myself by the spectacle. Huge boulders stacked all over each other.

Continue on the trail until you reach the Nook Trail which leads you downhill back towards the trailhead.

For a longer hike, you can skip the Nook Trail and come around to Tradition Lake.

Overall the trail was in good shape. There are some muddy spots and a few trees down but nothing difficult to work around.

Took Nook trail up. Pretty much all up hill but it’s not for very long so it’s doable! Plus once you get there it’s great. I didn’t continue on passes the rocks, because we got a late start. But this little area is so cute. It’s like a fairy forest playland and I loved it. The moss covered rocks were gorgeous. Fun to explore around each corner. Would do it again.

Love this trail. Takes us an hour 45 to go up and down, we run most of the way down. There are logs down over the trail currently just FYI!

Lots of downed trees but very hikeable and busy Sunday morning. Clouds in the valley looked great!

Love this hike. We got to complete the whole hike to the top before the fire in 2017.

Great trail with beautiful scenery. I was hampered by a couple inches of heavy, wet, snow, but the trail was well marked regardless. Not particularly strenuous. Again, great scenery, with cliffs rising on both sides.

Went around 1030am on a Friday and there wasn’t much of a crowd. The trail is well maintained and you can feel the slight incline going up but it’s not overly challenging. Beautiful views at the top and a good spot to take a break with a snack before heading down. Took a little under two and half hours in total.

One of my all time favorite trails. The view is beautiful and I went on a clear day so you could see for miles and miles. We brought lunch to eat once we got up to the top as well.

Loved this hike, would suggest to start really early to avoid the crowds on your way up.

today was a beautiful day to go......along with 10k other folks who thought the same thing. and 90% dont leash there dogs. BUT besides that it was a great hike! variety of terrain really kept ya interested as to what was coming up next. overall it was a decent hike.

A good winter hike. only small patches of snow on the flat valley bottom portion of the trail. lots of hikers. Moderate hike easy walking but a good distance 17km from parking lot.

This was my 2nd time coming here. I love it. I hated outmaneuver underneath the fallen logs from the storm not to long ago. If you have bad knees yes this will be awkwardly painful. Other than that at the ledge it was super windy and cold. Took my group of ladies about 3 hours to finish. The sunset was pretty <3

beautiful

Relatively easy....if youre in decent shape. Lots of stairs and lots of people. Would do it again first thing in the morning. Viewpoint spectacular.Wish Kayla

Went at 1:15pm. Very crowded in parts of the trail but was able to run some on the way up and down. Beautiful views! Worth every bit of traffic!

Not too strenuous and no views going up. Views at the three ledges aren’t as good as surrounding national parks.

No snow or ice on the path at all. It was a little crowded even though we went up around 9am but the view up there was amazing. When we went down around 1pm the parking lot was packed so I would recommend to go there early.

Great moss covered boulders along the way up. Saw that little blue jay at the top, right after sunrise. Very windy during sunrise, I advise a strong jacket if you go that early.

Awesome hike. Beautiful trail and view. It was closer to 5 miles round trip.

My Husband, 4 of his friends our daughter & son-in-law did this hike along with the boulder loop trail. January 5th. It was amazing.

Amazing Waterfall

This was the first place we stopped on our road trip to Oregon, the trail was closed because of the fires in 2017 but the falls themselves were absolutely gorgeous! definitely a lot of people there and you really have to wait to get on the bridge but it was worth it!

This is my 2nd hike to Rattlesnake Ledge. Beautiful well maintained trail, no ice or sleet. Fairly easy hike to the top for moderate to experienced hikers. I went at 8:30, wasn’t as crowded. The view was amazing! Very windy at the top, but I took a break to eat and the scenery was just wow! Additionally, bathrooms are well maintained and stocked. Unlike many other places that I have hiked to. I will definitely go back again.
