Super scenic! Easy reverse hike (downhill first). Pretty sure it’s only 1 mile total.

Well maintained with nice crossings over creeks. Easy for a young family to go on a nice walk and the ponds were beautiful with the fall foliage. We’ll be coming back.

nice trail but not clearly marked. A few times we came out to behind someone's house and had to turn around. We also ended up on the complete opposite of the actual pratt farm area. Do not follow the path that goes with the power lines it leads you out of pratt farm.

Pretty straight forward, crowded however in summer with a lot of of bathers in the falls! Fun for kids.

Truly awesome! Great for hiking and mountain biking. Can't wait to go back!

It was a nice trek while camping in copake falls

Well maintained and well marked trails. We spent several hours there and only got to a few of the trails. Moderately challenging hikes. Nice staff. Looking forward to going back. Minimal bugs right now despite the recent rains.

great local trail

Good place to walk the dogs. Nice rolling hills on one side of the pond.

Please note that the map on this site has been updated and is now accurate...thanks AllTrails! Hikers might also want to print out the map from the link below and bring it along to find all the trails...there isn't any visitors' center or signs with such info.

This area is really a little-known gem, and can be accessed from several directions. Do bring your phone for GPS help...you will need it. The most confusing area for doing the loop shown is near the two ponds. Check carefully here or you will end up taking a shortcut across the park. It took me several tries to find the correct trail. It is blazed in orange paint on some trees, but is hard to see. I would love to spruce up this trail with some clearly-marked signs, but they seem to want it to remain in an undeveloped state. Once you do it a few times you'll have no problems. Great for trail-running too.

great trail, excellent for the kids. it was a hot day so the water felt great.

Great views and the waterfall is breathe taking!

Pratt farm is an absolute hidden gem. Many trails off the beaten path and the woods are beautiful. I can’t wait to make this a weekly hike.

Easy 3/4 mile stroll up to the falls. Nice falls but overrun with jackasses not heeding the no swimming or diving signs. Loud and full of humanity on a warm weekend. Nice to see it but I don't think I'll be coming back. Not as spectacular as, say, Kent Falls, and just too many people. Parking is also a mess.

Bring bird seed to feed the birds. we saw many people hand feeding the birds. Great place for families. All kids should check out the Rockery Loop. Picnic tables for lunch.

This is one of those spots I would gladly head to over and over again with kids of any age! Equally great for adults who love hiking with plenty of loop options and interesting waypoints (my favorite were the pond loop and observation tower).

I would agree with other reviews that while you need have a little bit of patience, if you have sunflower seeds the chickadees will be eating right out of your hand… we also spotted loads of turtles, and a faun as well as other local wildlife! I was hiking with kids aged 6, 8, and 14. We got about 2.2 miles in and spent about an hour and a half hiking. Bring bug spray and be tick-savvy.... we had to pull a couple despite being careful.

Everybody loved this hike! We’ll be back for sure!

Nice and wet but the rain held off today. This is a great place to hike/run even in the rain. Did both summits and saw a beautiful doe/deer deep in. She caught my eye...then she was gone!

Easy trail for mountain biking. Flat, only a couple hills;nothing too difficult. No rocks. The trail is slim and windy but I would say it’s a good beginners course. Very fun ride.

This short walk along a stream on a hot day when many people were cooling off walking around in the water was really nice! No swimming by the actual falls (strictly enforced). Super crowded with families and lots of people and dogs.

Far too many dogs off leash. Rules need to be followed whether you agree or not. I shouldn't be deprived of walking a beautiful trail because people can't follow a very simple rule.

Great for a family? Two parking sites one further away then the other. Our 7 and 9 yearold loved the hike and the falls. Room to go out on rocks which were safe for most, with the exception of very young kids or those with mobility difficulty. Well worth the trip.
