nice hike. I'm from Utah so the himidity was rough for me and the stairs are a great workout. I loved the wild blackberries on the trail.

It's a nice place to go for a short run or walk. I liked the stairs.

It was so peaceful and there were also some great pictures that could be taken

Nice trail to walk with the dogs. Tree-lined, paved path with a good amount of foot traffic, but it’s typically not overly crowded.

We’ve biked and walked this one. Very nice trail, but can be a bit crowded. There is a fun playground about a quarter of the way in from the south end.

Nice bike ride with a few hills. Paved for the 11.5 miles. Easy to moderate depending on your level and bike training.

Nice walk for any age. A good fit for families with novice bike riders.

Is a clean ,easy long trail with nice views all the way and safe ! Perfect for kids , dogs or solo my 2 kids were in love of the place definitely another trail to come back !!!

beautiful and well maintained park. little short for biking but we plan to come back with our puppy for a walk!

Beautiful. Mix of forest, wetland and open areas. Great for walking or running. Paved and wide.

It's a great little trail, but the stairs are starting to fall into disrepair. And you will run into a lot of stair climbers, as this trail has a long set of stairs going down a steep incline, if memory serves me right, there are 196 steps, which is why they are so popular for this purpose.

A great bike ride worth more than one lap!

Paved and non paved (which I opted for) trail options. Plenty of benches and a few picnic tables along the way.

Easy, peaceful trail. Well kept with benches and restrooms along the way.

Decent trail for walking and other activies, however; I would rather have biked it.

Great ride on a gorgeous day. Went out early to avoid the crowds. Started in Orting and rode to South Prairie. Stopped for a strawberry smoothie at the local espresso stand and rode back. Beautiful views of the Carbon River.

Great place for a walk, bike riding, and walking the dog. Clean and several trash cans for disposing of garbage. Super friendly people on the trail with clear directions posted to get around.

Beautiful easy hike with my lovely daughter Amanda, on mothers day weekend.

I love to hike steep mountains, but this trail was *perfect* for taking my toddler and small dog out for a walk in the woods. Wide path. Smooth pavement. Clean! And everyone I passed was very friendly. There are also ball fields and playgrounds on each end of the trail to give the family some variety.

Great for kids and dogs.

This is a great trail for walking, running, biking and strollers. The main path is pathed and easy to pass others. It’s a nice stroll and we even ran into 2 young deer on the path.

We took our 15 month old in his carrier and he did really well. We went about halfway down (up?) the trail and on the stairs. I counted about 163 steps. Beautiful views of the lake!

Nice cool day for quick 30 minute walk

We walk here almost daily. Easy, paved trails, kids love to bike while I walk/run.

Good walk, quiet and well maintained. It was cold and a little bit of ice on the two bridges but a good day out none the less.

I've hiked this trail dozens of times on the way to Haggens - never realized it was in AllTrails. Did the trail today on a Sunday with no rain - it's a lot better doing it clockwise than the other way around!

wow, going down is a piece of cake, heading back up is crazy. my face is nice and red. I'm training for Mt. Saint Helens, so I will be walking this once a week.
