Great, easy hike! Very cool boardwalk leads you through the green Forrest floor. Super easy and short.

It’s a great hike.... takes longer than you think. We didn’t stop at various viewpoints and it took us 2 hours to get to the top. The last 40 minutes or so is challenging... steep climb on loose rocks and tree roots. The view at the top is so worth it! Stunning!

A nice hike to do in the middle of the day. The trail is very well maintained and used frequently. There is an area that you can swim in the ocean to cool off and an amazing view waiting for you at the top.

Not strenuous, but an absolute stunner. Combination on old cedar forest, stream valleys and the finale at schooner cove beach. All in 2km roundtrip.

This was an amazing hike but would be hard for a beginner. There were definitely some spots with steep inclines and intense brush. Over all it was amazing and the view up at the top made it all worth it! Would recommend to experienced hikers.

Wonderful rainforest, only drawback is the traffic noise pollution along some parts of the trail, due to the proximity to Highway 4.

Loved this trail! My very first ever over night hike with a large pack and this trail was definitely a good hike for me. My hubby has done a few before and he said this one was moderate. We loved the option of two campsites, but it’s short enough it makes sense to go to the second and set up camp , there are tons of spots for tents and a few options for hammocks which we used ( I gets cold ar night so bundle up! ) we took the second day to go up to the lake which only an hour and then we hiked Around the lake to the left ( it’s a hidden trail , but it’s not to bad) and then up to the glacier which was incredible!!! So worth it! Stayed another night and hiked back out. Magical trail!

great day hike trail. the easiest part is the beginning but also feels like the hardest at the end.

not too difficult. good day hike but still needs decent footwear and some basic level of fitness.

recommend checking the current tables for Seymour Narrows beforehand and timing it for slack water. better chances of seeing a cruise ship or maybe some sea life.

We did both loops with our kids, stopping along the way to read the signs and learn more about the rainforest. Such a beautiful environment. The boardwalks are fantastic...many steps but very doable for active families.

Beautiful nature!

Nice easy stroll in the park with a relaxing feel. The lagoon is beautiful and this is a place worthy of repeat visits.

Walk through beautiful moss covered forest down to gorgeous beach. All along wooden boardwalks / steps.

Great trail - but I would say it’s a difficult climb - due to distance and variation in terrain- nice glaciar cold lake at the top. Pretty busy on the weekend.

Very well maintained trail. Felt like a steady incline for most of the hike. Had very cloudy and rainy weather for most of the trip.

Great hike, nice view points along the way. Trail was overall good. (A few broken steps and downed trees on the trail) but nothing that can’t be maneuvered. Stunning view at the top.

Great hike ! Some of the stairs and bridges are in rough shape watch your steps

Made it to landslide lake however couldn’t make it to iceberg lake due to the vertical gravel climb at the end, people before us tried to get up and slipped, one guy hurt his leg pretty bad, ouch! There is a lot of uphill along the trail and it reminds me of a harder version ripple rock (tree roots, loose rocks etc). We made a day trip out of it, took almost 11 hours. The views were not that great until the last hour or so as there is a lot of trees blocking anything. View at the top was amazing but I would say not worth 5 hours of grueling hiking. I would also go so far to rate this as difficult and not moderate due to the length and difficulty (canyon view and ripple rock are rated as moderate and are by far much easier). Glad I made it to the end, but won’t do this one again.

Watch the old wooden steps. Otherwise great half day hike.

Great trail- very beautiful, mostly shaded, well maintained. so many waterfalls and massive trees, the trail is nothing short of amazing. the last 1km was definitely the most difficult. there were lots of bugs so bug spray/nets are recommended. unfortunately we weren't able to make it up to berg lake due to aggressive wasps nests. we heard multiple stories of people and dogs being stung and didnt think it was worth the risk. highly recommend this hike overall!

A “must do” if visiting Tofino. Lots of stairs and a narrow wooden pathway. Not for anyone who struggles physically

A fun hike. Mostly uphill and a bit of navigating through mildly narrow trails. There is also a really awesome spot halfway up with a great view of the water, excellent picnic location. The top is also nice.

Trail is absolutely stunning and great for kids. We did both loops with our little one in a baby carrier. Lots of steps but the boardwalk makes the hike easy as pie. Nice and calm beautiful walk for our family

This trail was AWESOME. I was skeptical about it being a little much for my wife hiking with our little one in a carrier but the trail was not sketchy at all. Boardwalk the entire way through the rainforest, to then opening up to a gorgeous stretch of pacific beach. I think we just lucked out with timing because the tide seemed low so we were able to hike out to one of the little islands you could tell is surrounded by water when the tide is in. But even if you were to hike this trail during high tide you are totally safe on the trail itself. Just don’t wander too far on to the beach at the end, that’s where you need to be considerate of tide danger.

Lovely little spot to walk. There is no way this should be labelled as "moderate". Moderate hikes are a bit of a challenge for me. This place is one of the easier trails.

Great trail! Definitely not for kids, can be quite technical in a lot of parts but pretty well maintained trail. Single file as well. Recommended for sure!

Love the expanse of this beach

Has anyone does this hike recently ? How are the conditions ?! ☺️

to short but beautiful
