Spectacular...one of my all-time favorites! Do not miss this hike.

I'm 13 and just did this hike for the third time. There is snow on the way up to the saddle, but no snow on the scramble. We started at 5:30 and made the top by 7:30, we got down at 9:50. The only gear we had was hiking poles, so it is possible without ice gear. The view from the top is amazing, but the hike is not. The hike is very steep but worth it.

Did this hike on April 23. Beauty day, hot and sunny. Easy in and out. Took an hour and a half round trip that’s including eating some snacks at the arch. Definitely worth it the scenery is amazing!!

Did it in a modified 2008 land cruiser. It was really easy. Went through the narrow fallen rock with a roof top tent without any clearance issues. Air down and have fun!

really good hike and great views while you hike.

Go early or weekdays to avoid crowds. Clean up after your selves! Be prepared to see naked people ☺️

One of the best!

Holy pain in the butt! Doing this hike is no easy task. The trail gets confusing once you start the scramble to the top, so when all else fails, just keep climbing!

Really enjoyable hike and great hot springs.

Great well marked trail, totally worth the short climbs to get the amazing arches at the end.

I found someone’s wedding ring on the trail today. If you lost your ring please contact me by email at jbump86@gmail.com. Hopefully whoever lost it sees this.

This was a amazing experience! The hike was easy and beautiful in some places. Me and my family went on a Saturday and it wasn’t as busy as I thought it was going to be. Parking was the only issue because of the amount of people! I would definitely do this again! We got in the hot springs and everything was very laid back and fun!

This hike is NOT 3 miles. About 6 to the very top. Beautiful but pretty challenging hike. Spikes are a must right now

Gorgeous hike!

Used Adam's Canyon Trail to get to Adam's Cabin Trail. Very difficult to get to Cabin Trail from Waterfall (Canyon) Trail. We enjoyed the challenge of it as we found ourselves in the middle of nowhere. Near the cabin the trail is covered by snow but we were able to use a previous hiker's footprints. Definitely will do it again but will use Adam's Cabin Trail. Missed the waterfall due to high water.

Lovely trail, so close to home but when you get up there, you feel so far away. Perfect for dog walking. The upper route also has a lot less mountain bike traffic.

No snow, no mud. The ridge can get windy.

The Wave is a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Our permits were for late March. The weather was perfect, it drizzled at times which kept the temperature perfect. We didn't use a compass or GPS... probably would've found it faster if we had. It was a rough hike for the non-hiker in the group.

Did this hike a year ago and it was amazing! Beautiful view! You can’t beat this beautiful area

Beautiful hike! Some bouldering at the end. Mostly dry.

Not well marked. Kept getting lost/confused. My advice: follow the stream the entire way. You’ll be on the left for most of it then there’ll be a bridge taking you to the right side somewhere along the way. AllTrails thinks this trail is longer than it actually is. If you keep looking for a trail by the big waterfall, you’re probably not going to find it xD

love this hike! it's never too crowded but expect a few people around between 10-2. it's a nice work out all the way through.

I love this hike, such a beautiful view and totally worth the moderate hike!

Amazing! Easy hike but be very very careful with navigation, you can get lost easily.

Were spikes needed at all?

@jared, roughly 2.5 miles each way, 5 total.

Is it 5 mile one way or out and back?

Fantastic hike and a great introduction to the Moab area. I always recommend this hike to folks who are unfamiliar with this area as it is extremely easy to find and is a well marked trail. The two arches at the end are just a bonus, the scenery is equally as stunning! Be wary that there is a small ladder and somewhat of a "climbing" scramble at one point, but nothing that should deter a typical hiker. Enjoy!

Loved this trail! I went on a Monday and it was not heavily trafficked at all. There were people there but I had a couple pools to myself at most times. The springs were incredible and such a treat. The hike itself was not difficult. I would recommend to not wear jewelry in the hot springs, I didn't realize this but the sulfur in the springs oxidized my silver ring. I don't hate it, just unexpected. A little added souvenir if you will. Highly recommend! There was some trash which was unfortunate but it was incredible overall.

This was a hike that was beautiful and a good workout that ended at one of the most beautiful natural shrines I have seen. A highlight on a trip full of great hikes!

Did this with a 5-year-old, and he was THRILLED with the two short chained areas and the little ladder. The views are awesome and it was way less crowded than in the park. (We went around 8 AM on a Saturday.) Hike beyond the arch and around the bend for jaw-dropping views.
