This was a amazing experience! The hike was easy and beautiful in some places. Me and my family went on a Saturday and it wasn’t as busy as I thought it was going to be. Parking was the only issue because of the amount of people! I would definitely do this again! We got in the hot springs and everything was very laid back and fun!

A bit muddy at the start. Beautiful walking through the pines. ☮️

Great conditions today. 98% dry, no snow at all. Just too many people!

The scenery was beautiful and I really enjoyed this walk/hike!
I wouldn't classify it as easy, however! Probably more easy-moderate only because of the rocky terrain.
There is a paved walkway to get to the actually trail, the incline isn't super intense and the trail itself is short so I can see why they would classify it as easy. Just be forewarned, the trail itself really is not that easy. It gets extremely rocky! If you have knee problems, or are not comfortable scaling rocky terrain, you'll have to take this trail slowly. It definitely can be done and I'd say it's worth it! Just give yourself more time to complete it than you might think you'd have to for a short trail.

Worth the climb. Nice view of the water fall.

This was a beautiful hike. My kids had fun, it was a little hard for my youngest ( she is 3). We will be doing the hike again..

Great for family home evening. Also, more adventurous guests can repel there. Bravo nature! Bravo!

Just got back from doing this hike and it was gorgeous with fantastic weather,60’s. We took the Sundance trail which is a little more steep than the regular trail. It’s about 3.6 miles all together. Definitely going back in the summer

The trail was very easy to find based on the directions on AllTrails. trail conditions were fantastic no snow on the trail just a little bit of wetness. there was snow around the sides of the trail but nothing that impeded the climb up. The waterfall was flowing nicely and it was a wonderful afternoon hike!

I love this hike, such a beautiful view and totally worth the moderate hike!

Pretty easy going trail. I love coming to this trail via the BST, starting at Hidden Valley Park in Sandy. It makes for a good, long walk in. During the warmer months, it can be very busy with mountain biking traffic to watch out for.

Were spikes needed at all?

@jared, roughly 2.5 miles each way, 5 total.

Is it 5 mile one way or out and back?

Loved this trail! I went on a Monday and it was not heavily trafficked at all. There were people there but I had a couple pools to myself at most times. The springs were incredible and such a treat. The hike itself was not difficult. I would recommend to not wear jewelry in the hot springs, I didn't realize this but the sulfur in the springs oxidized my silver ring. I don't hate it, just unexpected. A little added souvenir if you will. Highly recommend! There was some trash which was unfortunate but it was incredible overall.

Havasu, Mooney And Beaver are all beautiful!
Definitely worth the hike.

Enjoy this hike every time! Kids love it and so does the dog. Nice to have a trail both can go on.

Great short run — steep, rolling hills and really steep — everything you need.

I misread this as .9 one way, so it was disappointingly short and we opted to hop down the BoSho to get some miles. However, if you have small kids or otherwise need a very short (ten minute) hike to a waterfall where they can play, this is great. Dry trail today.

We went up today and it was beautiful. Be prepared for lots of snow on the upper trail! I had my yak tracks but others on the trail did not and had to turn around before the falls. The last .5 is steep! My legs and lungs were burning but it’s so worth it to see the falls in snow and with less people than summer.

It was a good hike. Rocky but good. The second half was still covered in snow making it hard to navigate the rocks. The view was spectacle. Our dogs did good on this hike too.

Such a fun trail! We got there around 10 this morning, thinking it was early enough to beat the crowds, we were wrong. Parking was crazy. But the hike to the springs was beautiful and easy. We took our two boys 7 & 2. When we got to the springs a nice lady told us where a good spot to sit with kids was! I was surprised by how hot some spots were. But it was amazing! Seriously, such a fun experience. We took a garbage bag and picked up some garbage we saw coming out, but honestly it wasn’t to bad! Also someone before us had said a kid had cut them selves on some glass but we never saw any. Getting out of the parking lot when we got back was kind of a joke. People will just park anywhere even if it boxes someone in. My advice would be to park on the road.

Hiked up there will my toddler in a backpack and, a 6 & 9 year old. Very pretty. My kids did great and LOVED the hot springs.

Went up this morning, broken glass on the trail and in the lowest spring. Removed as much as I could. Would highly advise wearing flip flops or something.

I went in the morning for a nice short hike. It had beautiful views of Draper, the mountains and a nice waterfall you can walk right up to. No snow on this trail as of 2 days ago.

Beautiful and not super difficult trail with a treat at the end of it. We hiked it about a month ago and were amazed by the variety of colors.

The last mile or so of the trail still has packed snow, making the hike down a little slippery. I didn't have spikes and managed fine with good hiking shoes and a wooden stick I found near the trail =). The first and last parts of the trail will get your legs burning, but the view at the end is totally worth it. There's plenty of beautiful spots along the trail to stop and rest and enjoy the beauty.

Great hike, the main waterfall is about 100 yds past the bridge and at that point feel that it goes from easy to moderate. The falls are beautiful! Rest of the hike up to the end of the red trail marker it moderate. Seeing all the smaller falls makes it worth it. Plan or doing the big loop here and hitting the peak, won’t be till next month but we may even camp.

Went up yesterday, still snow/slush on the last bit, tricky on the way down without spikes but doable. A great short but intense hike.
