I just did this hike about a week ago. The snow makes it a little bit more challenging, but that’s the fun of it. It’s a short but steep hike so you feel like you’re still getting a good workout, and the views on the way up are amazing.

Beautiful hike at the end of November (11/30/18). Heavy snow kept us from attempting the last quarter mile but I was playing it safe with my girlfriend. It's doable but slick. Really enjoyed the canopied hiking and rushing creek.

A little scratchy but a nice trail

Great hike short but sweet

absolutely gorgeous. after a set of switch backs, you follow a stream all the way up to the falls which offers a nice tranquil sound for the entire hike. You also see some amazing views of the mountains throughout. The hike is fairly challenging in a few places! younger children probably wouldn't be the best to bring here, but older kids would be okay. One of the best hikes I've done!

Amazing views all the way up. Missed peak fall by a week. Trail wasn’t marked very well but it looked like all variations lead to the same point. Phone was at 1% couldn’t record down.

This was a really great trail to get some excercise on. You are on a steady elevation gain the entire time but it is very pretty and worth the time. I recommend poles for this trail. The trail signs are a bit confusing due to them stating there is a North and South Taylor Canyon. Can't find that on any map. I stayed on the signs for North and it took me up into the canyon. The trails runs along Taylor Creek and you hear/see water at times. I liked the fall leaves everywhere and the low volume of traffic.

Great trail to take a dog on. I love being in the trees, shade and fall leaves.

My favorite trail so far for Autumn colors, I went with my friend on Sunday. Very friendly trail as well enjoyed seeing everyone out with their dogs and children. Everyone greeted one another and said good morning.

Gorgeous views over Salt Lake. There's no shade on the entire hike, so be prepared for that. We extended the hike with a few kilometres, easily done with the connecting Junction and Bone Road Trail.

Beautiful creekside trail especially in the fall. It is moderately challenging if you are not in shape. I personally love this hike and repeat it quite often.

Beautiful hike. Steep but manageable. I wouldn't rate this as a hard peak but take your time. Mostly shaded so it went from chilly to warm as you got into the sun. Did this last Sunday and it was a nice 70 outside. Gorgeous views of the valley and take your time at the top to enjoy. Your hard work will pay off!

We love this trail. But about three weeks ago my dog got suddenly sick and passed away after hiking in the same spot on this trail two days in a row. I am wondering if anyone else had a similar experience?

Moderately steep! A nice upper glute burner through a cool ponderosa pine forest with long traverses. A very nice trail run/hike. There's a stream with a gradual water fall on the shared trail with Taylor's Canyon. After crossing the second bridge the trail continues to the right. It's a bit steep at first but the grade becomes less severe the rest of the way up. There is butte with a view a third of the way up. At the rocky top peak or butte is exposed with great views of the valley below and Mount Ogden behind. The descent had a few rocky turns, but it wasn't bad. Just watch your step.

Amazing views and the fall colors were breathtaking. We had an amazing day.

This trail takes you through beautiful pine forest. The view from the top is also nice.

Loved this hike! We took the fork to the left at the end and connected to Hidden Valley to make a big loop! Will definitely be doing this again!

We went to perfect timing with fall leaves and weather. At the top (waterfall) , it can get cold so we were glad we had a good jacket (next time I will bring gloves for my kids hand). Good thing we had a friend who knew exactly where to find the location, it can get little tricky off HWY 89. We started to hike around 3:30pm and were able to catch the sunset by 7pm. It is dog friendly but little kids may need help to go all the way. Even if you don’t go all the way, it is fun to bring family there. I was told every season this hike is different. Probably not in mid summer where it can get really hot (unless hiking in the early morning). Can’t wait to return back again.

October is a pleasant time to trail run or hike this moderate to easy trail. The entire trail was carpeted with the fallen mable and oak brush leaves. I recorded 1.7 miles to the distination which is a grove of trees. I guess it could be called the trail to nowhere. Which was not a bad thing because I really enjoyed the quiet stillness and solitude.

Good hike for kids. We took them during sunset and it was beautiful. Leaves are starting to change colors. Recommend this hike in the Fall.

Starting at the Cold Water Canyon trailhead for this hike there was a large congregation of wasps blocking the trail about 0.75 miles in. They were attracted to the water that flowed over the trail and there wasn't a good way around them. We decided to turn around and hike a different trail in the canyon instead.

Bring a change of socks if you don't want squish foot. This is worth the climb.

Wonderful hike. A little technical in some places.

amazing trail if you need something to kick your butt. the first little section is a bit awful just because of the dust and switchbacks but once you're past those, it's all beautiful and shady! dogs are free to roam off the leash and mine loves all the water along the way.

its uphill the whole way good times beautiful waterfall. beginners were at that are we there yet about 3/4 way. lolz. so worth it. well worn trail.

It's very steep steep towards the top which can be a challenge. Overall great trail though!
