Really nice hike with spectacular views of the canyon and little niches for meditation. I didn’t finish because I started too late in the day and it was getting dark, but I made it 4.3 miles round trip, so I probably was close. I hiked solo so I wasn’t planning on scrambling with the chain. Definitely would do it again and complete it.

Closed at the trailhead due to rockfall as of 1/19/2019.

Go early. Its a popular trail & it becomes too trafficked-especially when the park is in full swing

Really great hike up the canyon. Would strongly suggest grippers/yak tracks. Very icy in several spots and crossed the creek several times. Nice views of canyon walls all the way and great arch at the end. We really enjoyed it. Would highly recommend it.

Fabulous hike. I really enjoyed it in the Winter. I did a Google Earth trail while I was here so if you want to check it out virtual like you can see it on my blog www.shaunasadventures.com or in Google Earth. I was grateful for whoever painted the green rectangles on the trail to Mark the path. Brilliant! Made it super easy to follow the trail. Definitely had to watch for ice. Normally I would put my crampons/Spikes on if a trail has ice, but it had more areas with no bare rock that it was easier to detour around the ice. Arches were magnificent! Loved it!

Went with a couple of friends we all brought our dogs. It went great was easy and fun

This was the scariest thing I've ever done. I'm proud of myself for doing it because I'm terrified of heights but I won't ever do it again. We were appalled at the people hiking to the top with small children. Yes, it's beautiful but it's also dangerous. Be safe.

1/11/19 heavy ice on beginning of trailhead. do not attempt without crampons.

1/10/17 great scenary for sunset. quick and easy. parking can be limited. would recommend due to ice on other trails at Zion.

1/11/19 Incredible hike and views. Ice is present on the wiggles and from the first set of chains. It is possible to get past first set of chains without clamp one but would not recommend. very easy to slip.

AMAZING! This is much more fun and spectacular than Delicate arch. Quiet trail, awesome views, and the arch is jaw dropping. Exploring around the arch makes your feel like a little kid! DO THIS HIKE! Again, MUCH better, in my opinion, than Delicate Arch.

This is a get your picture and leave type of hike. Compared to Corona and Bowtie, it was meh. The arch itself is awesome. The hike up is nothing special. At the top, you’re met with a whole bunch of people with little hiking ettiequte. People perched under the arch making it impossible to get a photo and groups of people talking and yelling.

An all around better option is Corona and Bowtie. The drive there is AWESOME! The hike is so freaking fun and the arch is just as spectacular.

You have to see Delicate arch when you come to Utah, but definitely don’t do this as your only arch hike!

Went up on New Years Eve, it had snowed about an inch the night before and everything was absolutely beautiful. The shuttle was running and we caught the second or third one out at 8:20. There were about 40 people hiking the switchbacks around us, but that number dropped to about 20 when we hit the chains because of the snow.

I would NOT go past the first short stretch of chain without micro spikes. Several portions were extremely slick, and the couple hiking ahead of us without spikes made me nervous. About 90% of people we saw that day had spikes on. Well worth the $20.

Took us almost exactly three hours total, from hopping off the shuttle to getting back to the stop. It was starting to get crowded as we came back down, which would have added a lot more time waiting for the narrow parts to clear up before passing.

GREAT hike! Definitely need cramp-ons to do this safely right now. Absolutely stunning views, and not heavily trafficked at all. 10/10 would recommend.

Wow! (In Owen Wilson’s voice)
This trail was EPIC! Incredible views and 100% worth it! It was considered moderate for us. It took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to hike up and 40 minutes to go back down. It was a little Icy but nothing too crazy. Elevation gain was a little difficult at times, but doable. Definitely a must do! Unbelievable views at the arch!

Short and easy yet stunning and beautiful. Delicate arch, probably the most famous of all the arches and understandably so.

Beautiful hike. Got very hot even at 9 am in July. But was well worth it.

This is a great little hike to an iconic arch in the Canyonlands experience. Parking is convenient but during the middle of the day the arch will be receiving many visitors as it is quite a tourist attraction. And if you're adventurous enough to rise early and catch the classic sunrise through the arch, you'll have plenty of photographers to keep you company. Happy hiking!

Did on Jan 3, 2019. One of the most awe-inspiring, beautiful, out-of-this-world hikes! Especially in winter with the snow dusting the rocks. Parked at the lot near sunrise point. Started at sunrise point, went down queens garden trail, continued onto Navajo loop (Wall Street portion was closed but took the other leg to get to sunset point, then walked along rim trail to get back to sunrise point. Did the hike in hiking boots— was a little icy/slippery especially at the tops of the trail near sunrise point and particularly sunset point, but hiking boot were fine. Wouldn’t really recommend doing it in street shoes during winter when it’s icy— lots of people slipping especially trying to go down the trail from sunset point (more heavily trafficked in that area so the ice was slicker)

This is amazing! The bridge is massive! I could have spent all day exploring!

Steep, but not too difficult. I did not like how exposed the last mile was on the sheer cliff face, but I am afraid of steep cliffs.

A lot better than Angels Landing, because this is less crowded.

Absolutely great views, I would do it again.

This was a fun hike and I would definitely do it again—lots of great look outs and we caught the sunset at the point which was unforgettable. The trail was pretty easy to follow and offered plenty of great views.

Definitely a great trail, went down queens garden to Navajo (also did the peakaboo loop) and we wore traction going up Navajo because of the ice. The hike was gorgeous and highly recommended, but I was glad we asked the ranger who recommended going up Navajo instead of down this time of year.

A fantastic hike with incredible views. I went counterclockwise on the loop and at the top of the first climb there is a view that makes the entire hike more than worth it. Certainly a hard hike, with lots of up and down switchbacks, but “peakaboo” moments around every bend.

It is “only” 1.5 miles each way, but there is a lot of elevation and uneven footing. Right now there is also snow and ice. So I would say it is moderate to difficult. BUT totally worth it. Amazing to see the Arch up close! This is a must-do in the park!

I did the rim trail part - easy and great views. January so some snow and ice but manageable. I tried hooking onto the mill creek trail but it was covered in ice and snow - okay to hike maybe. But no way I could run it.

One of, if not the most spectacular hikes I've ever experienced! Amazing view of the canyon and a thrilling trail that towers above the river below!

Right off the main road, making it a very busy place. Still a great and easy landmark to visit!

Beautiful evening to see the most iconic natural structure in Utah! It was a perfect hike with excellent views. The only downside is all the tourists who actually walk directly under the arch. Had to photoshop quite a few people out of my photos!

this place fuckin sucks dick
