Hiked this this afternoon with my two dogs. it was windy, snowy, and raining. Still had a nice easy hike.

Nice hike in the snow. Definitely not to challenging.

Really beautiful hike, highly recommend. Check out my full guide on Hikingguy com.

Nice simple trail. A lot of trail markers seem to be vandalized (missing) finally found the trail that led to the top without having to scale the steep path up the side of the bluff. We came down the steep trail. A good morning 4mi walk when we were finished. The are two other starting places with park that Alltrails does not show you.

Very fun with the fresh snow! Microspikes/yaktrax definitely not required at this point, but you might find they come in handy near the end. The seasonal spring at the end is frozen over currently but it's a fun short hike.

Starts out as a fairly easy trail, but toward the end of the trail there are a lot of off-shoots that can cause minor confusion. Plenty of shade, and lower elevation than other trails in the area.

Amazingly beautiful hike. two trails to choose from. red for easy, black dash trail for a slightly more technical route. lots of ticks this time of year, so be aware of your surroundings. great for dogs, and kids.

I actually really like this easy hike because its versatile & you can go lots of different directions & very dog friendly. Some cool views & rock slides at the top.

Bottom Line: Like walking through Skyrim in real life.

Went with the somewhat-out-of-shape hubby and my 10-year old dog and both were able to handle this trail with ease. There was no water, so we went all the way to the end and I climbed the boulders and kept going until the way was completely blocked without climbing equipment. Very shady, but also extremely crowded on a Saturday, even early in the morning, and hardly anyone kept their dogs on leashes so at one point this giant Great Dane just ran up to my poor dog and there really wasn't much I would have been able to do if the owner hadn't been there to grab it real quick. If you take your dog, keep it on a leash and pick up after it!

Fantastic find in the middle of the the city.
Just be aware there are coyotes.

Fun and easy! Canyon part towards the end is dope.

This wasn't an easy hike for us (family of 4, with a 4yr old and 9yr old). Maybe we are just out of shape but I would call it moderate, not easy. It started out easy enough but then goes straight up and is more like mountain climbing. We had to stop several times and there were younger (more in-shape) hikers that were stopped as well.

The trail is also very hard to find if you don't know the area. The map will take you to a closed off gate and Little Falls isn't even listed on the newer maps. You don't know if you are on the right trail until you are halfway there. We just followed the directions written by someone else on here and finally found it after about 10 minutes of driving back and forth and searching for "stairs".

Good solid hike uphill all the way along the wash. We cut off at Eagle’s Nest trailhead but from the road to Eagle’s Nest trailhead it was nice. To bad this time of year (Sept.) the water wasn’t flowing.

This was a nice, moderately easy, trail to take some visitors to for a little hike. They aren't used to the elevation and don't generally hike, so this was a good trail with beautiful scenery. Definitely recommend.

Good trail. I'm a bit on the older side and out of shape. ut was able to complete this trail. if your in moderately good shape you should have no problems.

Nice peaceful relatively easy hike. Good intermittent shade for a break when needed. Decent views up and back. Our route measured 3.6 miles. I think we went a little further and a little higher.

park on sunset road & go in straight to the top of the mesa. you won't feel like your in people's back yard. follow trail to the end & turn around & go back. i think it's about 3 mi round trip. nice in the evenings right now.

Drove around the lake and stopped to have lunch here at a picnic table in the campground area. Relaxing views for the area. Well maintained dirt roads.

Pretty easy, even for my four-year-old. The path sometimes appears to come to an end, but keep going until you pass through the narrow switchbacks and the valley opens back up toward Fletcher Peak.

Don’t let the beginning of this trail fool you. The start may be slow but once you get further in the views and greenery totally explode. The last 1/2 mile was my favorite as you wind back and forth between mountain walls. I also felt this was a fantastic hike for kids as there were plenty of shady areas and places to rest. My wiener dog was also able to complete this hike unassisted.

Great hike for kids with a little water fall at the top. My kids and two wiener dogs were able to do this hike with no problems. Beautiful views!

Great hike! Go early in the morning and you will miss all the crowd.

This trail is really pretty, the views are awesome! There are confusing parts, and it seems to keep going well after this route ends. I will do this hike again.

Poor signage for the trails. Very close to Vegas, 15 minutes max. Beautiful city views, well kept park. However, feels like hiking/intruding in someone's backyard.

Nice trail with lots of shade. During summer would recommend this for a morning hike.

Great trail. Some inclines, but not too gravelly or potentially muddy. Lots of flats to counter the inclines on the ascent. Not as "Mountain View Scenic" as Mary Jane or Trail Canyon, but nice for those who like a look at the flora. Hundreds of beautiful pine cones on our hike.
