winter

It’s such a beautiful trail great for first date
Great trail. Starts off pretty steep but the incline gets a little more gradual as you go on. It’s a strenuous hike but totally worth it. Varied ecosystems for sure which was very nice to see. Definitely gets warm as you go on, so be ready to shed some layers!
Strenuous hike but absolutely worth it. The falls are beautiful. If you're coming from higher up in Sequoia be aware that its significantly warmer. Layering would be wise.
Started the hike at 8:00am and parked in the overflow parking. Starts off with switchback and the rest of the trail is a ridge hike. Since it was lower on the mountain, I only needed a longsleeve and a t-shirt (upper 40's lower 50's). I didn't stop at all and made it there in about an hour and a half. The falls were flowing but I was still able to get to a dry spot in the falls (wearing waterproof hiking shoes). Don't under estimate the power behind the flow if you do choose to cross on top of the falls. I was able to enjoy the falls all to myself for a good 30 minutes.
Great trail. I see lots of reviews about it being hot in the winter, but the temp varies a lot on the trail and chills down a lot as you get higher. You'll want long sleeves and pants (or layers) and sun protection. The falls over the marble truly are unique and worth it!
Beautiful easy hike. Kid friendly
A nice hike. You go miles in the hills before you get a good view of the North Fork. At almost 4 miles from the trailhead there were several sections of high scrub encroachment, so out of concern of ticks, I turned around. The trailhead is at Yucca Flats, the end of North Fork Road with miles of dirt/broken pavement road. The road is not too bad if you just go slow. I parked about 1/3 miles away and walked down because of a rut that looked a little too deep for a sedan. You actually cross over Yucca Creek shortly after leaving Yucca flats.
Great trail with beautiful scenery at every moment.
Beautiful trail. We started early 8:30 on a weekday and had the trail all to ourselves until we started heading out. Mostly shaded heading to the falls. Rewarding sight at the end.
It was a nice hike! I recommend going early. We started our hike at around 10 am. There was only 4 cars parked outside the trail and then at around 1:00 pm, the parking was full. You'll enjoy the fall more with less people. The trail was slippery and muddy cuz of melting snow so make sure you have good hiking shoes. There was a lot of fallen trees so you kinda have to find your way to jump over, under or just another way around it. It's pet friendly as well. I recommend going down the Rocky road Falls so you can get a better look of the fall. It was such a nice weather today. Have fun!
Amazing hike and well worth it for the falls at the end. Steady incline along a ridge and was nicely shaded throughout in the AM. Definitely not too tiresome of a hike - we were able to keep it moving throughout the entire time to the falls.
Stunning views, varied ecosystems, rewarding finale
A few downed trees but easy to navigate around.
We hiked Marble Falls February 7th. It was beautiful! We’ve made hiking Marble Falls an annual hike.
It’s was a gorgeous trail!
Beautiful trail. It was muddy in some spots so just get some good hiking shoes! I went when it was rainy/cloudy, so I got a beautiful misty view. So worth it!
