HikingGreat!

Trail was beautiful. Tons of wildflowers and water is flowing. Get out there now! Steep at the end but worth it. Fun seeing the old stills along the way as well.

It was a beautiful view, but the trail was all stairs which made the climb back up a fun time

Nice trail. Was a little challenging for my 70-year-old mother-in-law with the rocky terrain. If you have older hikers you may want to bring hiking poles.

It was beautiful! The first 3/4’s was nice and easy, but the last 1/4 got steep very quickly. The view was worth every step. Once the trail started gaining quick altitude, there was a part that looked to have 3 different paths (go right) and was a bit confusing. Other than that, trail well trafficked. Some parts were technical with rocks and roots (which I enjoy)!

Beautiful trail! Switch backs to the summit are pretty rocky and definitely are a workout but the view is so worth it!

Nice trail. I'm somewhat of a beginner and thought this trail was clean and safe; nothing to climb over or duck under. Enjoyed it!!

Absolutely breathtaking!! I've been to quite a few waterfalls now and Hemlock and Cherokee Falls are by far the largest, strongest, and most beautiful falls I have ever seen. The West Rim Loop trail was gorgeous as well. Not very busy at all on a Thursday afternoon/evening.

Good trail. Bridge to Sycamore Falls is out and Creek is flowing fast so we couldn’t get across. Beautiful scenery. Would do it again!

The cave entrance is not part of the loop and is easily accessible. The loop is steep! The ranger advised venomous snakes are being seen daily on path right now.

Tough! For my German shepherd. Very difficult for dogs. Beautiful, but I had to carry her up the stairs part of the way.

Nicely paved trail and the moss growing on the asphalt lends an interesting touch. A bit steeper than I anticipated at some points, but manageable.

I can’t say enough about this trail. Eminently suitable for beginners, children, walkers, dogs and strollers. The views of the creek are stunning, there is a waterfall, and every day there is something new. This is our daily go-to hike unless we have something big planned. Get out and do it!

The drive from Blue ridge was super windy but beautiful. Kids got a bit carsick but we endured to the trailhead and had a great hike up. Path is heavily trafficked by AT hikers and day hikers. View at the top is beautiful!
