Awesome property and super awesome history. Love this place, will be back next time I'm down. It took awhile to find the falls, I guess we were a bit sleepy or something as they can almost be seen from the main entrance. Lots of rocks and roots so keep your toes up! I stubbed a toe and almost crashed. This is a must hike or trail run for everyone in Atlanta. Come on, get out there, do it!

This trail is 10 minutes from me and I take my husky here for exercise 2-3 times a week. Well kept, nice scenery, and plenty of rest areas if needed.

A few uphill climbs to challenge the out of shape .
Overall, it is good.
As long or as short as you want it to be.

Great trail. Educational as well. Bird houses, trees, are all labeled with information on the species.

Variety of fun on this trail! My only complaints are: 1) the amount of traffic in beginning (starting from Visitor Center side); and 2) it was slightly confusing as to which way the trail led at the top of the mountain. We found out way with the help of another hiker. Other than that, this trail was packed with elevation climbs, beautiful views of the distant city, and awesome rock formations. As a hiking rookie, I would call this is a moderate/difficult hike. However, we brought our dog and he led the way the whole time! Will definitely visit this trail again.

From the amazing spillway to the elevation gains this walk is well worth your time. Big Creek (Vickery Creek) boast a number of beautiful wildflowers and wildlife.

This is a moderate to difficult scenic trail primarily consisting of dirt footpaths and chips. Roots, rocks, creek crossings, and plenty of hills. Trails are marked but the “loop trail” doesn’t have its own markings as it is simply one iteration of the blue, white, and red trails together. Bring your phone or navigation gear. I managed 3.5miles by making wrong turns.

Hiking for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Once we got around to the smaller bridge we took a paved trail back. Beware this looks easy but has a long steep section that was very tiring. It pops you out on a street in front of a park and neighborhood that is next to the main entrance and you have to walk the street to get back.

Seriously confusing system of markers and many trails are unmarked or the markers are missing or worn off. The trails are clear and maintained well. The biking and equestrian paths are moderately technical for hikers and trail runners. Beautiful scenery and you’re completely surrounded on all sides by the natural world. I will absolutely come back often but only after studying the trail system and downloading it to my phone. You could easily get lost if it gets dark. There are bathrooms at trail heads and plenty of places for photo ops.

easy back and forth trail next to a pretty river. all ages and levels

Great views!

Walked the orange trail with my daughters. Had a good time, nice trails beautiful waterfalls.

This is one of my favorite hikes that’s super close to home. I do this hike about twice a week for a nice little cardio exercise. Not too many difficult hills, balanced in general. Usually very peaceful, not a ton of people here on a weekday afternoon.

EASY trail thru the woods. Very well marked. A lot of mountain bikers.

Another nice hike close to the city. Didn’t see many people when we first set out at 10 but more trafficked as we finished at noon.

Easy and scenic trail in the heart of Roswell. Will make you feel like you left traffic behind.

Great surfaced hike, some incline, wide walkway. Great layout. Water view most of hike.

Two short sections under power lines — but worth it to get into the woods. We went after a rain and it was a bit of a bog. There are elevated walkways on portions and bridges across larger water features. A great hike that is surprising is in town.

Nice hike. Not sure why they says it’s 5.1 miles. We took the long route and it wasn’t quite four miles. Still a good workout with a nice view of a waterfall.

Several paths to take form long to short easy to moderate. Wildlife....birds, deer......snakes near the water. One of the paths cuts through a neighborhood. That’s kind of cool.

Great hike and well maintained paths.

You can hear I-85 traffic and mostly paved trails. Facilities are beautiful! I would say it's probably a great trail for people who live in the area and/or city or just a quick walk with dogs.

Great place for walking around, kids have fun

One of our favorite go to hikes. Shady and nice waterfall to end the hike on a warm summer day or enjoy waterfall without getting in

Spent Saturday afternoon in early March on the trail with my Golden Retriever. Nice view of the river through out. Less traffic gets little challenging in the 2nd half. Overall a fantastic way to spend your afternoon
