muy lindo el paisaje y la camita me parece buena y diferente subiendo el paisaje de las montañas y al bajar caminar entre las montañas y al finalizar te encuentras con la caída de río
It was a great hike. The trail was snowy, muddy and icy in spots so that made it a little more difficult. The view from the top looking down into the DWG is amazing.
Excellent hike despite the wet weather.
Super awesome Luke. The dogs loved it. Super wet much of the trail was a creek my feet are soaking wet glad I had my crampons for at least 50% of the hike. So pretty so isolated can’t wait to come back and do it in the spring.
Great views even with the rain and snow!
Went in May 2020. Well marked trail with great elevation gain. The kids loved it and constantly ask to do it again. Ages at time 16, 10, 6, & 4 yrs old.
Did this as a snow hike. The trail lacks the frosted hill views or intriguing frozen water features that other winter trails offer, but otherwise nothing wrong with the hike. Just kinda boring compared to other snow hikes. The snow itself today was extremely packed -- like walking on solid ground -- and was fine without spikes or snowshoes.
Packed snow. Snow shoes optional
Great views, the trail is nicely packed, ice spikes recommended for going down hill. Easy climb when doing the trail clockwise.
Snowy but beautiful
Great views and good trail condition. Unfortunate that highly trafficked highway is very noisy at bottom of valley. Easy climb
Used snowshoes which were great for the outer loop, but near the parking lot snow and trail was very packed down.
Fairly well packed down, still wore my snowshoes. There was some fresh snow. Great hike, beautiful day.
Beautiful, well-marked trail.
Beautiful hike through the woods and along the river. Saw a couple of people wearing normal sneakers turn around. With current trail conditions I would definitely recommend at least a good hiking snow boot, microspikes would also help. Would be a nice place to snowshoe right now too. Winter wonderland.
