Great hike, small amount of challenge and long enough that you feel accomplished at the end, but short enough that you can fit it into your day very easily.
Views are gorgeous, and it's high up enough that you feel removed from it all.

Hiked to all the sister lakes. Great hike and very beautiful.

We took our two young children in a stroller (the whole trail is paved) on this walk and they really enjoyed it. There was alot for them to see including fruit trees, some of the animals from lagoon, and a large bridge. The trail is well maintained including trash cans and picnic tables along the way.

This trail is really close to home so I use it a lot. It's great! You get a good leg workout on the steep parts and then a little bit of leisure when it evens out. I love it!

Great hike! I did this one a few weeks ago and it was super easy and had beautiful views. We got there shortly after sunrise. Will definitely do this again and even take my kids with me next time.

Didn't know where to park because I couldn't quite find the beginning. Parked in a cul de sac and walked for a bit. Animals and pavement were nice for a walk but not a hiking trail at all.

I rarely use the paved trail for hiking. The best part IMHO is the dirt trail above the main trail that pretty much circles the park for more variety, privacy and hills. The trail reconnects with the main trail at both ends, so it's easy to access.

Fun! Kids love it because they can ride their bikes or scooters. It’s fun to see the animals too!

Great for kids and the whole fam.

nice easy shaded trail for a quick getaway.

I love this trail for a good run! Beautiful views along the mountainside. I couldn’t see a whole lot due to the fires. But this would be a perfect trail when it is clear and when the sun is setting.

Beautiful wild flowers! And saw a badger right off the trail.

There are a lot of badgers

Good hike for a family. Beautiful scenery and good for bikes as well. There were also restrooms along the way. However, the signs and path were confusing at times.

Went hiking here on 7-21-18. It was a horrible hiking experience. Despite someone yelling at my dog and myself for allowing a dog on this trail even though they’re allowed, the scenery was not pretty at all. I’m sure it’s beautiful in the spring and the fall but not so much now. The trails were confusing as well. The hike (or more like walk) itself was fun and my dog had fun. Probably will never do this hike again.

Great quick hike. I would enjoy this a lot more on a mountain bike. Restroom at the start.

Edit: Walked this again last night for a quick hike and I came within 4 ft of a rattlesnake. He saw me before I saw him on the trail Bamberger(sp?), which I assume is the main trail. Just something to keep your eyes out for.

My husband and I completed this trail on July 7.

This trail is conveniently located, and easy to follow. Since it's paved, it's wheelchair friendly, but there is a steep descent at the beginning, so you'd need to be careful. We didn't see any spectacular wildlife, but it was a decent walk nonetheless. And afterwards, we ran through the splash pad that was right next to the parking lot.

Would recommend this hike for anyone looking for something easy and close by.

Great trail for families and for a quick jog. It is all asphalt and has restrooms, a park, and a splash pad. It also has a beautiful view of the mountains.

$6 to park or $10 per person to ride the lift to the trailhead. I was not thrilled with the fees, but the ride up the lift was beautiful. The hike itself was easy and the wildflowers are in full bloom. It’s a blanket of colors right now! This is the perfect time to go as it’s so much cooler at the top than in the valley, and the views are magical.

Great family walking trail that we've been using for years. Wide and paved, can be used for strollers and bikes. Added bonus, passes by a section of the Lagoon zoo. Wild berries and fruit trees along the way. A couple of bridges over a stream with no water access. Great place for a photo shoot.

Fun family hike with mostly shade and some sun. Nice views and a great little break at a wild cherry tree.

The views are great, but it was hot out there! The terrain was a little rocky, which was murder on my ankles. Otherwise, it was a nice little hike. It may not be the best for small dogs, as mine got worn out.

Hiked this last night. Didn't love that they're charging $6 to get up to the end of the road, but the hike was great. First time for me on this trail. Not too steep, didn't take us too long to get up to the pass (somewhere between 60 and 90 minutes I think). The mosquitos were fairly annoying. Might be better in the morning or day time.

I would rate this trail as moderate. I hiked it 10 or 12 times last year and love it! The steps are rarely very treacherous, but I'd give a moderate rating because of (great) heart pumping if you're not stopping a lot, especially for my less-frequently hiking friends. The views are terrific, and this is my preferred, quieter alternative trail for wildflower season when the Albion Basin gets crazy busy. After the trail opens into a large meadow-like area, keep going for the final steep push. It's worth it! The only reason I rate 4 stars is because of construction noises happening Alta this year and last.

Absolutely Beautiful!

Great hike for a beginner like me. The view of the valley at the top was beautiful! I started around 6:30pm and it was still pretty hot - there is little shade on the trail...

Perfect way to spend the holiday. The road is open, the flowers are blooming, he chipmunks are... chipping? Munking? Anyway, wonderful hike!
