Hiked on 1/22, started at around 4:10pm, aiming for sunset. Beautiful sunlight with mild wind. Ranger said the last 0.5 miles of the trail are very icy in morning; when we arrived around 5pm, only part of the trail was covered by ice, probably melted already. micro-spikes helped a lot. The Arch under the sunset was amazing. Love the glowing orange color on the Arch. Totally worth the effort. Heading down after getting dark is a bit challenging, especially the icy part. We brought a flashlight and it was a life saver.

Great hike. Easy going at the start with a little challenge on the last leg due to ice and snow. Sand and groomed trail to start, changing to rock midway and then back to mixed sand and rock at the end. Short ledge section at the final part.
Wonderful views both of the arch and the surrounding valleys. Haven't hiked in a while so it was a longer trip than it might normally be. Very worth it, especially since we were the only people there at the time (mid January).

Hiked on 1/21, the trail is very snowy, and can be slippery at some steep slope (even with micro spikes), especially near the top. but the trail was absolute beautiful, quite, and it’s super fun to hike on! It took us a little more than 3 hours to complete, because we stopped a lot for taking photos. Lake on the top was half frozen; it’s gorgeous and totally worth the effort.

Nice view, super easy hike and was pretty empty early on this time of year.

Great quick hike close to Denver. Trailhead has plenty of parking around 830am on a holiday. The snow was packed but you absolutely need spikes or tracks. It was slippery! I could not find the first falls due to the frozen water and no sound, and the second main fall was frozen solid but pretty to see. There is a sign right off to the left of the trail. Look for it. I passed a few people who said they missed it. I could not catch the loop on the way back from the hike, at the other trailhead. Either it was snowpacked or not clearly marked. I just went back the way I came. Only annoying thing, even though there were plenty of signs about leashing the dogs, but there were so many dogs off leash and dog poop bags on the side of the trails...some dogs friendlier than others. I have a friend that has been traumatized by a dog bite, and unfortunately, she could never come since people don’t care about the rules. I came for a hike, not to greet 50 dogs.

Love this trail in all seasons. Snow packed and muddy. I hiked in boots with good tread.

Hiked on 1/17, lots of wet snow making the trail difficult at the top. Yaktrax were helpful. The lake was mostly frozen.

Great loop if you’re in the mood to hike but not kill yourself with ridiculous incline. Beautiful views throughout but the summit by one of the falls is

Awesome hike! Went up in November 2018, trail was pretty icy / snowy but could hike it in sneakers (did a lot of butt slides on the way down). The fire tower is well worth the hike and then the climb when you reach it.

Getting to the trail head was very very bumpy and slow moving in some spots.

This is a get your picture and leave type of hike. Compared to Corona and Bowtie, it was meh. The arch itself is awesome. The hike up is nothing special. At the top, you’re met with a whole bunch of people with little hiking ettiequte. People perched under the arch making it impossible to get a photo and groups of people talking and yelling.

An all around better option is Corona and Bowtie. The drive there is AWESOME! The hike is so freaking fun and the arch is just as spectacular.

You have to see Delicate arch when you come to Utah, but definitely don’t do this as your only arch hike!

Wow! (In Owen Wilson’s voice)
This trail was EPIC! Incredible views and 100% worth it! It was considered moderate for us. It took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to hike up and 40 minutes to go back down. It was a little Icy but nothing too crazy. Elevation gain was a little difficult at times, but doable. Definitely a must do! Unbelievable views at the arch!

amazing winter hike. snow was loosely packed, not icy. I hiked in just boots with good grip. get out here when the snow is fresh, it's stunning!

Short and easy yet stunning and beautiful. Delicate arch, probably the most famous of all the arches and understandably so.

It is “only” 1.5 miles each way, but there is a lot of elevation and uneven footing. Right now there is also snow and ice. So I would say it is moderate to difficult. BUT totally worth it. Amazing to see the Arch up close! This is a must-do in the park!

Excellent hike!

Great hike. Light cover of snow made the views beautiful. Snow packed trail, no ice. Wore my boots and had poles.

We walked along the promenade one way and along the beach back. It was a great walk on a nice day in January!!

Beautiful evening to see the most iconic natural structure in Utah! It was a perfect hike with excellent views. The only downside is all the tourists who actually walk directly under the arch. Had to photoshop quite a few people out of my photos!

Beautiful formations and quite low-key.

Drove the hour + from Denver to check this place out. Very cool rock formations, some of which are very delicate. More delicate than they look. Spectacular colors and crevasses.

Was sad and upsetting and actually nauseating to see a large group of tourists going off trail, climbing all over the rock formations. With Absolutely no regard to the signs prohibiting climbing. Absolutely no regard for the delicate formations, some of which are just clay and literally shatters off the sides. This place won't be around much longer with such disrespect for the rock formations happening daily it seems, so catch it while you can (on the path, not on the rocks).

Amazed how the arches were formed! Love it!

Hiked this trail 4 days ago. It was icy with light snow coverage. I used micros which helped a great deal. The frozen waterfall was beautiful!! A great winter hike. I look forward to doing this hike in the spring.

Beautiful!

Great trail, long hike mostly on redrock. Very short portion through the sand. Recommend, definitely worth the view and picture at the end.

Did this hike in 103 degrees which SUCKED. But once you get to the top, the view is gorgeous. The hike isn’t too long, but it’s essentially straight up the entire way. Definitely wear good hiking shoes, as the rock is in a fish bowl formation at the arch, and can be slippery and if you fall... well... ya done lol. Definitely bring water, and LOTS of sunscreen if going during the summer, there are no trees on the way up.

I was able to jog this up and down in just running shoes with a little caution. It’s gorgeous in the winter! Make sure to go the extra couple hundred feet to sprouting rock.

For a city-style hike it was good exercise but nothing especially interesting.
