Favorite trail to take with kids. Just hard enough to keep them challenged without too much complaining, fun boulder scrambling opportunities. Bring a lunch and wear a bathing suit if it's been a wet year, kids love to splash around in the water.

Very easy trail for families and the payoff is awesome

Watched the sunrise over horseshoe bend this week. Absolutely amazing. Very few people there at that time, but by the time he sun came up it was packed already. Recommend going early.

Crowded and people get too close to the edge, but pretty

Pictures just don't do justice. This place is beautiful regardless of crowds! just be patient bc there are tons of people trying to take cool pictures. it's all in good fun!

It’s a short and beautiful hike. It does have spaced out “man-made” stairs that can be a little hard to climb for shorter individuals but doable.

I agree that this is moderate to easy hike. I did it in feb and it was not bad. Took an hour at most. There were families with kids doing it no problem. The trick back up was a little more strenuous but not hard my any means.

Absolutely beautiful little trail. Driving to the trailhead itself offered gorgeous views of the mountains, canyons, and distant oceans.

The river beds were all dried up, but there is some flowing water when you get down to the grotto. The trail itself is pretty easy, but more towards the moderate side considering some of the loose rock on the somewhat steep inclines down into the canyon.

Although I was wearing long sleeves and pants, I did find a tick on my dog and one burrowing in my side when I got home, so please check yourselves if you do this hike.

Easy hike to cram in while you’re in town to see Antelope Canyon. Tons of tourists but you can still find space to yourself. Don’t get too close to the edge for that perfect shot

Beautiful! Lots of people but worth it!

Fun trail , would say it’s a little more then easy but isn’t moderate. Great work out .

I would rate this hike moderate to easy, not hard... but this being said after doing the hike in February where the weather was cool and comfortable. Point Ooh Ahh had great views, best if the sun is behind you. The water sources at the beginning of the trail were not in order, so be sure to pack your own!

Rocky trail with several scenic overlooks. Viewing platform at the top. Recommend good footwear. Avoid when rocks are wet especially links like the Bicentennial trail. Treasure this place so close to home.

Beautiful just beautiful

cool trail Little Rock climbing towards the grotto which made it even more fun, didn't come across any kinds of wild life unfortunately

awesome Lil side trip...... alot of tourist.... but still awesome non the less.

Even more beautiful at sunset and sunrise.

A beautiful alternative view from the rim. Short hike, a little steep but the view at Ooh Aah Point is so worth it. Have fun!

Went hiking with my wife, a buddy & my husky and found that the grotto was great location for first time hikers. It was a bit windy and we got there early to beat that samo traffic (arrived @840am). Road to ranch is a bit windy and you’ll need to be mindful the cyclist’. Will be going again soon!

Amazing trail well worth your time!

Fairly easy trail with great views.

great views, overcrowded, limited parking during sunset hours - head left at the rim to escape from the tourists

Berry Good

Beautiful but those flies

Pretty trail. Plenty of shade. Decent variety of elevation so no single section is uphill or downhill for too long. Dogs are allowed until you get down into the riverbed.

Did this hike in April, trail was icy at first because it snowed the day before!! Absolutely gorgeous!!

Beautiful view but it comes with very little work and a high volume of tourists.

Short walk over a hill to reach the bend, which surprisingly doesn't have any safety rails (great for photographers, surprising for anything USGOV-run). This trail isn't closed down at sunset, so nighttime photography at the bend without throngs of tourists is very doable. Wear shoes to deal with several inches of sand which covers the entire trail.

The view is amazing. A lot of tourists and the hike is very easy
