Great trail. There are wild animals in there; on one hike we saw a cougar. Love to take the dogs there.

Cravens House is a cool historic sight to see. Trail was great, awesome views! I went with some friends that rock climb- definitely good for that!

Loved this trail! Easy with great views, nicely shaded as well.

My favorite hike! Beautiful views, challenging but awesome! Takes you to other connecting trails if you want longer hikes.

Nice easy hike!

Did not plan accordingly. Signage wasn't the best and did not know where we were going. However they are worn paths so we didn't necessarily get lost just turned around. Views were spectacular!!

There is a great pool at the falls near the bridge.

This was a perfect place for a midday hike with my husband and three girls. Not too challenging but you do get a workout. Can swim and play in the creeks. Very scenic and we took some great photos. It was a real highlight of our trip to TN. It was muddy. Also had trouble following trail signs but we did fine.

Love this little trail! We only had a little time before heading to Nashville and this was the perfect hike. Very interesting with small waterfalls and pools of water (a lot of rain lately).

Offers a different overlook perspective of the canyon. I especially like the large boulders overlook. The sections that are near water are beautiful. If you want to see rhododendron, this is the trail you want.

Amazing trails. There's something for every skill level and it's all very well-maintained. Christmas Top is a quad destroyer, if you enjoy torture.

Awesome hike!

Perfect trail for kids! Only was 1mi to the falls AND BACK though. Two small swimming hole areas. TONS of poison ivy on sides of the trail.

Very nice trail with beautiful view of Chattanooga from the top! Strongly recommend

We did the West Rim loop along with Hemlock and Cherokee falls. This place has the feeling of being out west when your actually in Ga. It is a busy spot, but well worth fighting the crowds to see some once an a lifetime spots.

Everything is great on this trail. Except for few dogs off the leash.

Ended up doing this trail accidentally. Very difficult, but we managed to plow thru it. 11 miles of hard hiking. Not a lot of signage throughout the hike.

Nice wide trail. Waterfall trickles into several small pools for the kids to play in

This was a great little hike!!

Have been hiking here several times and really enjoyed it!

Great trail with fantastic views! Tons of places to get some outdoor climbs in too if that’s your thing. Saw a ton of people top roping, definitely bringing my gear back next time!
Otherwise was a great hike, we brought lunch and picnicked at the top.

Well marked, easy trail! We went last weekend. There was rain in the forecast, so there was hardly anyone else on the trail. It eventually rained on us, but we took shelter in the little museum near the top. Views were amazing once the clouds faded.

Great trail! Lots of ups and down to keep your heart pumping and plenty of beautiful views to keep you interested along the way.

The hike to Laurel Falls was well worth crossing the river where the bridge is out. They are currently working on it. With all the rain we have received during this season, the amount of water that is falling is incredible. Like other reviews I have read, I was super glad that I wore hiking pants. You have to climb over a few trees and the bugs and poison ivy is bad this time of year. I doused myself in bug spray before heading out. Laurel Falls trail is clearly marked although Snow falls trail gets really tricky in several spots. I finally arrived to a trail marker with an arrow pointing up and then there is no clear path of which way to go after that. So I never made it to see Snow falls. The hiking trail itself and the beauty you see along the river and the bridge across was worth the attempt to find it though. I will definitely return for more beautiful hikes. I can’t wait to get pics of laurel falls in each season.

Great after work 30-40 min trail run with my pup! One of my favorites. Has mountain bikers so if you’re bringing a dog, weekdays may be better with fewer bikers as some of the sections are narrow. Great elevation gain for a solid workout and awesome views from some of the high points, esp in the fall. Convenient parking area as well.

great loop

Great way to stretch the legs and plenty to see.

Nice hike. I did the full loop a few evenings ago. The buff trails part was my favorite with a few rock sections. (Nothing difficult but makes it more interesting). Sunset rock was very nice. It was about 92 so I sweated a lot but not bad since it is in the shade. I didn’t like the rifle pits section on the way back- way too much poison ivy and overgrowth. If your sensitive or with kids (my younger kids wouldn’t have the patience to avoid the ivy), I would recommend an out and back instead of the loop. Took me 2 hours that is including 30 minutes at sunset rock and an extra 20 minutes going slow to maneuver around the poison ivy. I liked parking at Cravens House. History on the battlefield and a nice large rock to climb on.
