What an amazingly scenic route through a rare Garry Oak ecosystem. It is like a fairyland! My three kids aged 9, 7 and 3 loved it!

definitely a steep hike to the top but gorgeous views! the rest of the trail is fairly even and downhill. great hike!

Straight up! Very steep but great view from the top.

love the trail, the only down fall in my opinion was that dogs are allowed off leash. I have two dogs(that we leash) so I'm glad its dog friendly however I feel uneasy with other dogs off leash.

great for a nice afternoon of easy hiking. Beautiful moss throughout. Stunning waterfal at end of trail. About 10 km return.

Amazing hike! No one there but us, cool bridge and amazing waterfall. Didn’t walk all the way to the lake but would definitely do again!

Beautiful views. Quite a steep climb, with good sections of rest between.

Very nice view once you get to the top. A good cardio workout. But dogs are not allowed off leash.

Steep but a fun trail and didn't encounter anybody so it was fun for the dogs.

Beautiful walk

uphill section is good and steep, great workout with great views

Great little hike!

A little bit challenging going up but the view is well worth. You can go for a swim in the lake in the summer months.

This is a moderate hike-it’s not a walk-some technical sections, steep for footing-hiking staff or poles are a help. Dogs had a great hike too. Leave enough time to get to the top for the views. Even if you only get to the bridge the hike parallel to the river is rewarding.

Peaceful yet social

Nice trail to take the dog on. Not very difficult, it was nice walking on the train Tressel. Beautiful views of Cameron lake.

Easy trail that leads to Sproat lake, it's nice because you have a more private setting to swim & you can take your dog and not worry about them disturbing anyone. Beautiful little trail.

Easy hike with beautiful scenery. Many options to make it more challenging if wanted.

Beautiful walk along Kitsuksis Creek.

beautiful hike, starts with a fun suspension bridge, walk amoung the ferns to a private beach area of Sproat Lake. Continues to a little waterfall, magical little spot!

A great hike, steep in sections but lots of fun at the top. The hike is extremely well marked. Check out Lonny Barr's description on coastalBC.com for some great instruction on where to start and how to get up. With those you are sure to make it to the top!

The view of the waterfall at the end is worth the hike. We had the trail all to ourselves!

Nice easy stroll in the park with a relaxing feel. The lagoon is beautiful and this is a place worthy of repeat visits.
