My only complaint is the trail to cross over solid level ground rather than over the rock circle/retaining pond is not obviously marked. FYI, go left at the chainlink fence or you will disturb the efforts of some very annoyed fishermen... like I did. Also, when you reach the picnic area, the path picks back up on the other side of the pavilion in the tree line closest to the river.

I actually ran Rockpile and the paved Jogging Trail and back out Rockpile. Ended up being almost 6.5 miles. My puppers had a great time! Another side note, some other people did not have their dogs on leashes and would run up to me and my dog.

Really great trails. Really nice scenery. The owners of the property really take good care of the place and work hard to give a great experience to everyone who comes. They don’t charge a dime and just want people to enjoy the outdoors.

Beautiful hike. Well marked and fun trails. The owners were very nice and informative. There are a lot of different trail options so you can make it as long or as short as you want. I had our little guy with us so 1.5miles is all we did today. But that got us to the waterfall (just a small stream right now but really cool) and a great lookout point. We will definitely be back to cover more of the trail.

easy/fun hike the waterfall has a pool that was about 3ft when we went but I've heard from some people that it gets up to 10ft when heavy rainfall happens. Cant wait to go back!

easy at first, but gets tricky towards the end. My husband and I are novice hikers and got a little lost at the end. Thank goodness for the alltrails app!

Excellent trail!!! The Lacefields do a fabulous job well marked and clean

Too short, too expensive!! Nothing special!!! $12 / person is for my opinion not worth! I think it deserve maybe only Parking fees or $5 / person. I mean there are a lot of FREE amazing and breath taking places. Sad about !

Beautiful property. Terrible customer service. The weirdest hours I’ve ever seen for a park. I’m rating it a 5 because the property is gorgeous & I enjoyed it very much!

Nice short trail

Super Easy to get to. Black waters were safe, questionable but safe.

It is dirty there. People don’t take care of the place so you’ll see trash around. I walked on the trail and saw a ton of alcohol cans and boxes and McDonalds in the trees.

Agree with Moderate rating. There are about two patches that need to some maintenance/cut down and maybe some better signage toward the end of the trail. We will definitely hike it again!

Beautiful place but amount of clothes and trash everywhere is disturbing. There no place to really park. The gravel/dirt road is just a little wider.

awesome place!

great trail for little bigger kids 5+ be prepared for kids to swim in the summer.

Not much of a hike but this is a great swimming hole. I went on Sunday, July 29 and there were quite a few people there. There are ledges where you can fling yourself into the water. The water is cold and clear.

I hiked in to the falls on July 29. The first mile or so is a logging road. Then you have a sandy trek through the woods. The last bit down to the water is quite steep. The falls are lovely and there is a nice swimming hole. The parking area is quite small.

Made part of this trip July 21, 2018. From the road to the river is an easy 20 minute walk. Once at the river, however, is another story. Trees are downed trees everywhere, even some of the overhangs have collapsed. The trail, I believe, crosses the river back and forth. It's easier to walk in the river. Get you some cheap booties. The Quillan Cascades are very cool, even the Big Cascades. But if you go any further BEWARE! Even if there is/was a trail chances are that the pigs will have it all torn up. I could not find the trail out so I went down to Ship Rock then back up Thompson to the road.

Super fun swimming hole and great place to jump of a cliff

awesome trails, awesome scenery, and an overall awesome hike. Some parts are more challenging but what waits at the end of all of these trails is well worth it. Will be going back.

Note that the road to the trailhead turns from asphalt to gravel and after a rain, can contain significant ruts. I took my RV and had to back out of the area for about 200 feet in order to turn around.

Love the waterfall! There’s a place to swim and you can go behind the water fall! You can also jump off the top of the waterfall into the water below. There’s plenty of places to sit and relax. Only thing I can say is it’s rough to get down there....especially if you have small children. You have to be extremely careful going down and up. Can’t wait to go back when my kids are a bit older!

Beautiful spot.

Trail was very easy and short. It was very beautiful, the waterfalls were not what I was expecting but still beautiful. The only negative thing I have to say is it cost my daughter and myself $20 to hike for a couple of hours, just seems like too much. Especially on our way out the older lady that was working was yelling at my 6 year old and I that we had 3 minutes to get our while we were walking up the steps. I think I will stick to the free outdoors but worth seeing once.

Is there water at the water fall this time of year? July?

Easy hike on the way down since it’s all downhill. Not long before you see the waterfalls. Trail is pretty easy to follow, but no markings or signs. We didn’t pick the best day to go to see water falling, but everything else was nice and no one else was out.
