Loved this trail, perfect path for dogs too. Went after it rained mostly dirt and woods path so make sure to wear proper water proof shoes. Also some trees down along the bath but nothing we couldn’t get around

Best hike around if you love pines, did a moonlight hike and a coyote let us know we weren't welcome.

This trail was a great surprise. Secluded & scenic. Hiked with my dog this time, but can’t wait to come back for a run.

Long trail, but overall very nice and secluded. Signs can get confusing. Lots of different environments that you get to experience and walk through. A few pretty waterfalls. My pup and I take a nice nap after this trail. I uploaded a photo that is either at the beginning or the end depending on where you start.

High road trail is closed

Was a very busy trail, lost count how many other hikers and walkers we passed. The hike was well worth the views of the falls at the end. Don't forget to take a camera.

Nice easy trail that took 2 hours leisurely walk.
Only seen one other hiker and unfortunately a group of loud mouth cross fitters I could hear coming a mile away chasing away any wildlife that was to be seen.

If you get to the meadow, you’ve gotten off trail. I saw another review that said once you get to the meadow it gets confusing/is no signage. I made the same mistake while talking and hiking, just flying through.

Very beautiful trail, only thing is it was very muddy and a couple trees fell on the path.

Great trail that changes scenery pretty often. Would recommend going counter clockwise when you get to the loop about .5 miles or so from the trailhead.

Beautiful. One of my favorites. Offers a little bit of everything. Good elevation changes, stream crossings, etc

Great place to take a dog for a walk! Make sure to pick up after them. Absolutely lovely views of the lake. Wish there were more trash receptacles for pet waste.

Challenging
Steps. And beautiful views of the river.

Very fun trail, buckeye trail had some challenging hills for a novice, but the waterfalls were well worth it!

Wonderful trail, there are mile markers on the trail, very nice trail to enjoy.

What a surprise to find this gem. One of my new favorites I will be going go back to.
Went back a week later with dog and he did get a tick...but this is nature.

I hike here all the time and am a huge fan! Generally not crowded, 2 options (full and half loops), goes through woods, creeks and meadows, have seen lots of wildlife (hawks, deer, snakes, bunnies, small lizards), plenty of trees to hang a hammock near the path, and an archery range close by. Does get muddy and slippery after rain though. The full trail goes through a cool pine tree grove planted (if I remember correctly) by a girl scout troop.

Just discovered this trail yesterday after work. This has to be one of the best kept secrets in the park. Very well maintained trail. Beautiful scenery. I loved taking a walk down the Hemlock ridge ravine. This is one of my new top 10 running trails. I will definitely be back with friends.

Loved this trail! Some nice ups and downs, great mushrooms along trail, several easy water crossings (water level average; imagine heavy rains could render crossing stones underwater), plenty of shade.

Perfect weather today for the start of Fall! Knocked out 5.2 miles in 1 hour 28 minutes hiking. Met an awesome couple on Hemlock Ridge. One of my Top 10 favorite trails in the area.

Great scenic hike! Added in Sylvan Pond and Hemlock Ridge 6 miles but not difficult. Highly recommended.

It was really nice during the first part of the trail, but it got VERY heavily trafficked around Brandywine Falls, making it harder to hike at your own pace.

Lots of hills! Signage was a little confusing on this trail. I wasn’t using AllTrails when we hiked it, so we did get off trail when we hit the open meadow. Eventually we found the trail again.
