Great trail run this afternoon!

Great views and beautiful oak trees and flowers. It has two steep hills if you take the left loop.

Awesome trail! green quiet tranquility!

Beautiful country side. Mostly open trails, not paved. Everyone is in a great mood, even the dogs are friendly.

Rode here on 2/19/18 and had a blast! The trails were in great shape. Dry but not dusty, everything was green and super lush, and the wildflowers were just starting to bloom. And as is usually the case here, had almost the entire area to ourselves.

If you're in the East Bay and looking for a fun, challenging place to ride, check this place out.

Great booty burner of a hike! Most of the trail is exposed, so bring some sunscreen and plenty of water. Definitely start early since folks can drive to the peak and it gets pretty crowded. We went on a clear day and could see all the way to the Sierras from the summit! Took us about 3.5 hours total, most spent on the way up.

Great hike and beautiful view. the only bad thing is that there's a lot of cow pup

Fun, easy hike. A little bit of an incline at the end that makes it more fun! Partially paved, mostly gravel. On a hot day wear a hat!

Great trail with great scenaries. Found 'golden mushroom' at the zigzag bay leaf trail on Saturday.

If heading clockwise, your first 2+ miles are generally downhill. Then the (choose your adjective) begins. 3+ miles up. And on some stretches, it’s very steep, and doesn’t seem to let up. However, the vantage points near the summit are worth the weary legs (and lungs).

Enjoy a savory meal and a beverage afterwards. You’ve definitely earned it.

Beautiful trails, beautiful views, you couldn’t ask for anything more when hiking here!

anybody running this or just me?

awesome trail, a little muddy but overall I would do it again

Great hike! Start early to avoid the crowds, by 1-2pm the top of the mountain had lots of people (who cheated and drove to the top)

This is a great hike, wonderful views, nice terrain. It is nice going from oak/bay forests to open pasture with views. Great raptor viewing.

One heads-up: we went mid-january 2018 and the beginning part of Pine Tree Trail is closed (looks like the bridge over the creek got washed out). So, you need to do the Orchard Trail loop, which is fine, but it adds 1.2 miles to the entire hike.

Awesome hike and the views are amazing!!!

Great views from above the fog line. Well maintained trail, half on fire road. Start counter clockwise if you want less steeper climbs.

Awesome trail! :)

Nice views in the second half. Saw couple of foxes :))

Good combination of fun downhill (fast, flowy, jumps) and moderate climbing. Can be stretched out to a roughly 18 mile out and back. If you are in the area definitely check it out!

Hiked 12-31-17. Overcast, but a very temperate day. I hiked the Eastside of the loop going to the water tank between post numbers 21 and 23. Then followed the west side back. Great add on for this hike. I enjoyed the olive groove, the views of pleasanton, the the quiet of the west of the ridge. Did 8.5 miles

Quite. Minimal biking.

Perfect trail for kids, though lots of dog poop to keep an eye out for. Surprisingly quiet given close proximity to freeways/mall.

Hiked from Danville to the Summit and back on xmas eve, a little over 22 miles roundtrip. Took over 7.5 hours but now that i know the route better I think I could shave at least 1/2 hour off that time.

Nice hike, especially if you live in the area and don't want to drive to more popular trails. Was super green after the rains earlier this year. And, cows!
