went with the kids they stepped in dog dirt twice in the first mile the local people use this walk as a dog toilet from what I saw, only one person walking but 10 people walking dogs shame as it's a good little family walk the last km is walking on and off a narrow busy road witch wasn't good...

Great little circuit for young kids with some great views. There’s also a quality cafe with a play area and barn for arts and crafts and a mini aviary.

Walked this trail in July. It started off well, beautiful views and the route was clear, then as the walk went on we found it very overgrown in parts, full of tall nettles in areas and we had to tread very carefully over rocky streams (even the dog had to be carried in parts!) However, this was a very picturesque hike!

Great walk until you have to cut back along the stream/river edge. We did it in July and it’s very overgrown, full of nettles and boggy under foot. Stunning views on the rest of the walk though!

Nice walk, around 2 hours, the druids temple is worth seeing

nice and easy walk. most difficult part is 1 high sty

This is a nice walk but spoiled with the paths crossing the fields on the Estate. They have been ploughed and reseeded with cereal crops leaving no real path. Prepare to get wet if it is raining. Also not well indicated in some places with broken stile crossings. Not suitable for dogs as you need to lift them at the fence styles.

Great walk, did in about 2hours. Ideal having a cafe at the end after an incline! Really good views and a variety of terrain making it an interesting & varied route. Will do again!

a nice walk but after ladder stile nr beginning there is a footbridge just before next stile into field l may have gone over wrong stile not sure also the gps app helps a lot on this walk regards bailes
