This is a steep decent down to beautiful waterfalls. Also continued on to Boardwalk Falls. Loved the trail and Falls. Neat metal staircase you descend beside bluff. Rocky, rooty, a Little muddy. Much fun!!

Great place for a hammock and oh what a beautiful plunge type waterfall

Great hike with several types of viewable waterfalls and cascades.

This was nothing but flat walking through trees. I found myself bored. This is a fine trail for a first time hiker but don't expect to see anything but trees, no view here.

Beautiful!! The rough terrain of the hike made it exciting just to short of a hike. The rocks varying in size on the trail can make it little difficult. Waterfall was cool!!!

The waterfall at the end was definitely worth the hike!! I was able to hang my hammock up right underneath the waterfall and take about an hour nap. It’s so lightly trafficked, there was no one but me for about an hour and a half, so that was very nice. If you aren’t paying close attention, you’ll lose the trail. It’s completely rock jumping at parts, with no dirt trail to follow. If you’re up for an adventure, i highly suggest this hike!

This was an excellent hike. Amazing views and plenty of places to relax. Ravens point is a view worth the hike. Take lots of water!

Absolutely amazing hike. I went counter clockwise at the trail entrance and did the stairs first down to the waterfall and was happy someone suggested this. I was glad I took my trekking pole to assist me on the slippery rocks when walking in the water and climbing up into the waterfall. Wear waterproof shoes and bring extra socks! I picnicked up right next to the waterfall, it was beautiful. Be sure to follow the white paint on the trees to stay on the trail to the waterfall, anything with two colors together; means it’s a joining trail and not necessarily headed towards the waterfall.

Outstanding! Make sure you start early and plan your whole day around it. So much to see. You’ll want to stop and take it all in. Maybe consider camping overnight to break it up. It’s a hike! But a great one!

This is a very easy but relaxing trail.

Great short hike! You do have to cross water at times, so wear water proof shoes or bring extra socks!

Love this trail. It has become more popular lately and can be a bit crowded at times. Great for swimming!

Breathtaking views and great hiking! Love this park.

Beautiful falls. There are many places to hang out when it is busy so you won't have to be near other hikers. There are also some good hammocking trees for those who like to do that.

One of my top three trails.

Beautiful trail with a breathtaking waterfall. Denny Cove is our favorite in this area.

One of my favorites! Gorgeous and a nice day hike. It's incredible all 4 seasons. It's somewhat rugged for beginners but there is a shorter hike that leads into this one, it also goes on to a 13 mile hike if you want a little more.

Easy hike with some rocky spots at the end coming up on the falls. I went after a huge rain and the falls were raging! Hardly any other foot traffic making other human interaction minimal. (

Had an amazing time hiking the machine trail. it was absolutely beautiful, we will be headed back soon.

Greeter falls was great. We hiked it with our 9 year old daughter and she loved it. It was slick in some parts with mud as we walked after a decent amount of rain. There is a narrow metal spiral staircase that can get wet with rain but it added to the adventure for our daughter. Loved this falls

Chose this hike because of the recent rain. I was not disappointed. The sight and the sound of the water made the day. Very rocky on the way down but slow and steady.

Great trail. Directions posted on here made it very easy to find. A little rocky and slippery when it’s been raining but the falls is beautiful!

One of my favorite places.

The falls are beautiful!

Easy and short and the river is close and loud so it clears your head. cool facts on the area with the stone fort, ancient people's and the mill

super fun pretty and easy hike. had to cross over the river and some places to stay on the trail because it was so high but that made the hike even better!

Great trail, clean, with beautiful falls. The blue hole is nice and past Greeter there is another falls cal led Boardtree that is beautiful as well.
