A nice senic trail for the day out, challenging in areas, as is rocky others. Do so miss blazing thru the trails, under the older growth trees & canopy on these hot sunny days- lost long ago from hurricane Wilma, and never replaced- get back out there :-)

We originally were going to rent bikes and ride the trail, however ended up taking a 2 hour tram tour. We are so glad we did. The guides were knowledgeable and shared so much information about what we were seeing. We saw so many types of birds and many gators!!

So beautifully !!

The park is adorable for walking and enjoying nature. We made a almost 4 miles but with walk 3 around for complete our gold but it was easy because the park is nice. Most of the walking is in wood boardwalk. It’s divided by two trails.

Nice shade. Some wildlife. Great place to walk alone felt very safe and well used trails.

Great mtb trails, well kept. Markings confusing at spots. Good for practicing turns at speed, expert techniques, and great views along the way.

Amazing! It was an experience. Everywhere alligators and much better than the airboat tours!!!

This is not a trail, we have to walk over pavement street in the park entrance so be careful with cars entering the park. When we reach the entrance we start walking at the side of canal and we return again. Don’t go alone. There is no security or park rangers anywhere. The map that is in this app suggest other route for starting the trail. We started where the national park center is; in the 328 Sw, so be sure where are you going first. Very confusing.

Good hike! Dog loves it!!!

I loved it. I had so much fun exploring.

beautiful site seeing while walking.

Love the trail there it's also an extention of the road biking street trails on the way to the park. Great trail for those who live in the area.

Awesome walk. I did it many times when we could wAlk along the Sheraton Hotel until the Intracoastal!

Definitely a hidden gem in the area. The trails are not overly scenic or long, but they do bring back memories of big cypress and Everglades outings in years past. Look out for all the cute hermit crabs.

Great trail. You have the option of going through the longer, winding trail that offers more landscape views or the shorter, straight trail that offers more chances of seeing wildlife.

Went in the evening and ran about 5 miles. I wouldn’t consider this a “hike” but it is a good running trail. There is a good amount of shade. About half of the path is sandy soil terrain, which makes the run a bit more challenging. There were lots of rabbits which was unexpected.

Best on a crisp cool sunny winter day!

love that they have a small museum before the trail

So I went to Quiet Waters planning to hike/jog the bike trail with some friends. We must have made a wrong turn once in the park because we came upon a 1.5 mile Nature Trail instead of 5.8 mile bike trail. Happy mistake! The nature trail is beautiful. It’s clearly marked and is all grass so it’s soft under your feet. Good for walking and/or jogging. There are multiple trails leading off the main one that all loop back to each other and the main trail. Lots of nice greenery, but didn’t notice much wildlife besides some insects and spiders. I would definitely recommend checking this trail out even though it doesn’t come up on the app. There are also many benches and seating areas spread throughout the trail and a little clearing towards the front entrance of the trail. Definitely a nice surprise for us. Enjoy!

Absolutely beautiful and totally underrated. It’s also right next to Black Point Marina and a delicious restaurant for after your hike.

NOT DOG FRIENDLY!!!

The best I’ve went to so far. Many trails to chose from and saw at least 8 deers.Very huge and surrounded by nature and wildlife.A nice challenge!

Relaxing peaceful ride with some amazing views of wildlife and nature.

HORRIBLE. all these pictures are from a biking trail. The walking trail is very small and boring. pretty much like you are walking on your back yard. this is a nice family park so people are everywhere.

Close to my new home, but I’m definitely sticking with Virginia Key.

Saw beautiful trails, fish, and bodies of water. Will be back to canoe/kayak!
