Great hike. Great view.

Great first hike! Gorgeous!!!

Great view!

Awesome hike, amazing views. Definitely worth it.

This trail is awesome and for the most part, very easy. There is a very narrow ledge at the top to access the cave but the view is spectacular from the cave. We did see some other people along the trail but we had a half hour to ourselves when we got to the top.

At end of trail
Climb a little
Worth the effort

Great first real off road adventure super fun trail and spectacular views, devils staircase super fun but not easy.

Incredibly beautiful views! Tons of people were hiking this trail, some folks were on bikes, some on horseback. As you get closer to the actual bridge, you will be hiking with a lot of other people. There was a huge line and a thirty minute wait just to walk over the bridge. Also dog owners beware. I saw a lot of dogs suffering from heat exhaustion. I would not bring my dogs on this trail. And if you must, bring lotssss of water for them to drink, and to wet them down.

I couldn't find it, and I'm an avid hiker who can definitely stay on a trail.

Great easy hike with very little elevation change. The best part is the Rock scramble at the end, where there are beautiful views as you climb. Very easy for children and a lot of shade as you make your way to the scramble.

Great views from the Roost!! DO NOT follow the directions on the app to the trailhead. The directions lead you to an ATV trail. Stay on Sycamore Pass Road when you arrive to a sign that reads end of maintained road. Sycamore Pass road is maintained. The trailhead is not clearly marked which is not the apps fault. Once on the trail the beginning of the hike is up a rocky road. The end of the hike is not marked correctly. Make sure to stay to the left and go around the rocks to see and enter the roost. Again great views just not well marked.

Only thing we would do differently is go in via Chuckwagon trail instead of the road. Much of the road is dusty and traveled by jeeps and 4 wheelers. The bridge is definitely worth hiking to even though the last quarter of a mile is fairly steep and requires a little scrambling.

It was beautiful, a pretty easy walk/hike. Don't bring your dog unless you know they can handle it. There were a lot of people carrying small dogs.

Relatively short and for the most part easy. There's one section getting near the top where you have to scramble up the rocks. There's also a side trail where you can view the arch from underneath which as worth the extra little walk. The trail was quite crowded so if I went again I would go during the week and even earlier in the morning

Easy trail with good views.

I went at the end of February. Beautiful hike. Being a beginner I will say pace yourself. The way to the falls was easy but the uphill back out was rough. I was with experienced hikers though and was trying to keep up. I can't imagine doing this hike in the summer. I brought more water than I thought I'd need and almost ran out. Definitely need sturdy shoes, I wore trail runners and my toes got beat up pretty bad.

Toddler friendly hike. End has a nice rock scramble that is a must do...just not with the toddler. Beautiful views both ways from the top.

Easy hike, scenic views, popular spot. About 3-4 miles round trip from parking.

Nice trail. Nice views at end

If you stick out a thumb and a bee you might get a free private pink Jeep tour from a local on the walk back :)

We took Chuck Wagon Trail there and back. We got there around 7:30am and easily found parking. Nice, easy hike most of the way. It was a little bit of a climb at the very end but nothing crazy and well worth it :)

This is an extremely popular hike and the parking lot stayed full so there was a lot of parking on the road. We drove our Jeep in on the wide, rocky path for about a quarter-mile and hiked in the rest. There are several, well setup steep steps which quickly add to the elevation of this hike but I overheard several folks say it is well worth the effort, and I certainly agree.

Hiked Thursday 4/12 in the afternoon. Super popular and busy trail- not for those looking for solitude. Easy inclines and everyone is patient to allow each person to walk onto the bridge for a photo op. Great views.

Very beautiful, fun trail through canyon with scrambling at the end. Fantastic with kids

Dust and vehicles on the trail leading to the trailhead are annoying, but the views from the top are well worth the time. Doable in ~45 minutes to 1 hour one way.

Nice and easy trail, with a little bit of difficulty at the end, finishing with a beautiful view!

Great, great trail. We hiked with three small kids and our dog, everyone had a blast. If you can do the rock scramble at the end, you definitely should. Dad and the oldest child (9) went up and the view was spectacular!

The hike from the parking lot wasn’t too bad. If you have a 4wheel drive car and sits high, you can go down the trail and park it closer, then hike your way up. Very cool spot to add to the list.

Beautiful views! Hike itself was not too hard, but it was easy to get lost. Brought the whole fam, kids ages 10.11, 15. We had fun!

Very beautiful hike! Lots of shade and trees. Plus you're surrounded by the beautiful red rocks above the trees. Pretty easy so kids and people of all abilities should be able to complete.
