Stunning views and an easy hike around the bay. Sunshine draped the coastline. Though we were cautious about ticks, we found none.

Beautiful scenic walk with great spots to stay and eat!

Perfect hike for what we wanted. Flat, absolutely stunning scenery, wildlife abounds, awesome photo opportunities, so don’t forget the camera! We’ll be back with the kayaks next time.

Really beautiful and great for all levels- my inlaws stayed on top on the easy path and is kids went down the cliffs onto the private beaches. Beautiful beautiful!

Beautiful views, and pathways. The trails that are off the main trail are the best. Being able to climb down the cliffs and go right up to the water was spectacular!

Great views, awesome benches along the way, flowers, seals...makes it easy to walk and not think about the actual walk itself not

Great views!
Definite downer was my husband and brother-in-law finding 2 ticks each on their legs; even though they were wearing long pants.

Stunningly beautiful views from this trail. Moderate effort.

Amazing trail. The views are outstanding, and seeing the elephant seals in the culmination of the trail was a nice bonus.

The beginning is somewhat tricky to find. If you walk towards the end of the beach, you will see a trail on the right leading up the hill. Head up there and walk along the fence and you will get to the main trail.

Breathtaking

Super easy walk with lots of spots to walk down the beach. Beautiful scenery.

Steeper than you think

Epic bucket list hike.... went out with a bang! Always wanted to do an overnight hiking trip before my big 5-0 .... trail was no easy task (for me) but with the help of my daughter it was a success..... Not so much for one of our team mates who fell about 30ft down a revine and had to be airlifted out after my daughter was able to rescue her enough to get her back on the trail. Hats off #calfire #chp and the medical team.
I will definitely be back.

Beautiful scenery. The bluff hike is more or less flat with some minor inclines. It is dotted with some artistic benches. It is connected to a rather extensive network of trails up in the hills that are also worth exploring. There are tide pools off the bluff trail and also just down the street at a small neighborhood park. Apparently there is a docent-led hike there on Saturday mornings.

We happened to go on a foggy day. Took away from the overall views from the different vista points. Overall, the hike was nice. Kid friendly with a lot of places to stop to enjoy the view, if it was clear. We will be back to try it again on a clearer day.

Super fun and short little hike. When I went I was the only person on that little stretch of beach for almost 30 minutes. So many people at the Inn start the hike and then stop very shortly into it because it is very steep at parts for non-hiker folks.

I did this hike in late December. I started from the sea doing the hike at Ragged point inn and then continued across the road to start this hike. My legs were burning!!! At the top (where this all trails map ends), if you turn to the right and then hike straight and then after 200 yards veer off into the fields towards the right (there is a faint path you can follow), you are rewarded with a view all the way to the lighthouse and beyond!! Look for a dead tree at the top of the hill. An older gentleman told me about this when I thought I wouldn't even make it to the top. He inspired me to keep pushing and I was so grateful that I did!!

Great place. Easy quick hike. Waterfall was roarin after the rains. Tied a line to a tree across falls at the top n zip lined to the middle. Epic view. Can also climb on the top of the boulder in middle of water. There's a lil cave under that rock as well.

This trail is easy to find and has plenty of parking right off HWY 1. The trail starts off with the waterfall only 200 yds from the parking lot. Next, switch backs take you up 800' revealing wild flowers and rock outcroppings. About a mile into the hike, we were stopped dead in our tracks by a mountain lion. Luckily it wasn't looking for dinner or a fight, and just warned us with a pronounced growl. We took a hint and turned around. I am looking forward to going back to complete the hike without interruption.

Fun trail. Made the mistake of thinking my novice mountain biking self could climb it on my bike. Didn't happen! pushed the bike up and enjoyed the ride down.

Great walk and nice trails.

Great hike for day hikers and overnight hikers. Plenty of water there, easy drive from SLO

Great little hike with my wife and one year old in his pack. Trail is wide enough to bring a stroller too which is nice. No dogs is a bummer.

Just gorgeous, great vistas on this trail.
