This is a great trail in the fall with super foliage and good views of the bay. Be careful in the summer tho. Lots of mosquitoes!

Rugged but fun. Careful traversing this park as you could get lost if you don’t pay attention. My favorite place to hike !!

Lovely little walk. The falls are gorgeous and in fall no one is around even so close to the main road.

This trail has lots of ups and downs but I would rate it moderate. Beautiful trails and great views of the Bay.

Nice easy hike! Nice views. There is one area that is a bit tricky if you have limited mobility, as it is a staircase that is not well taken care of but it is short. Did spot some poison ivy along the side so be cautious.

Hit a hive a ground bees on green trail off of this trail...very bad...just warning anyone who takes white trail to be careful they swarmed us and stung us

I went on the White trail at first and then went on the Red trail so I could have a view of the bay. My mom and I ended up getting lost, but we had a fun time. There was so many bugs.

Trail let’s you hike out of the noise in the rest of the park. My dog loves going in and out of the creek!

Trail was decent but we had inch worms raining on us while hiking and the lake view wasn’t really that great after the difficult hike.

Just 4 stars because it’s so short! But very easy to follow, well kept! Even a playground on site! And the falls are BEAUTIFUL!

short but a nice view

Nice trail, decent elevation, muddy in a few spots. Lots of birdsong and some cool, rare wildflowers along the trail too.

Great trails for hiking or more advanced trail running. Beautiful scenic views of the bay and lots of elevation change to keep it interesting. The white and green trails are Best marked and easiest to follow. White trail out and back hitting the green loop both directions is about 5k.

Trails are in good shape. Certainly easy to find routes off and back to the main trail. Good rugged exploring.

Shithole

Lovely place! If youre planning to hike any time soon, be cautious of the slippery mud.

Couldn’t be happier. Ends right on the water—bring your camp coffee setup for at A+ coffee outside.

Decent trail. some of the bridges could use some attention. It was muddy the day I visited but it was still a pleasant walk. I would visit again.

I started in the parking lot behind Panorama Plaza and the trail is not that pretty (behind businesses and an apartment complex) until after the 441 bridge, which is where Linear Park/Channing Philbrick Park is. The trail is well marked and has red blazes while inside the park. This trail is busy! It was very cold and drizzling and I saw at least 10 people. This would be good stroll with kids but I prefer less foot traffic. The trail just ends randomly (see picture). I would recommend starting at the park, not at the plaza like I did.

One of my favorite Rochester mtn biking parks. GROC has done a great job maintaining these trails. I also frequent these trails for running with my dogs

If you are here for scenic views, be disappointed. If you are here to see nature and beautiful forest and wetland, look no farther. Birds sing, even late in the year. Deer bound across your way, and it is beautiful. A heron takes flight from the marshes and settles down again a distance away. Bring hiking boots, due to the mud. The trails are easily accessible, and at this time of year, the trails are mostly clear, save for the odd person Nordic walking the trails. However, the trail length of 7.5 miles is misleading. I followed the purple, then the green trails, and it came out to something like 4.0 miles. If you hiked all of the trails together, including the red and blue, you'd probably come out to 7.5 miles. Overall, though, it's definitely a place I'd come back to again, for hiking, birding, and just watching wildlife.

I used to play paintball here as a child. I like that it's still managed and available for hikes .
