Folsom lake is at a low. lakebed exposed
lots of joggers, lots of rocky places to explore on dried lake bed. the trail is well marked.. some steep inclines in parts
Beautiful trails and views. keep an eye out for mountain bikers. They are very courteous. Try to give them the right of way when you can.
Can be narrow so if a biker comes, hard to get out of the way. However I feel it’s a gem of a nice short trail. Good weather and has different options!
Fun little hike after the rain. Really cut down on the number of people that were out. Some parts of the trail were flooded but just makes for a more interesting outing.
I was not ready for this walk... 8 plus miles!! My butt is cramping lol
Folsom's got a good bike trail. There's plenty to walk and see. I'd go again.
Beautiful views all around! Lots of small trails that branch off and then connect again. Share the trail! We saw horses, bikers, hikers and dogs! The trails are narrow so we had to step aside to let others pass to maintain social distance.
Beautiful views on a nice day to be on the river. First 20 miler.
Middleridge Trail offers excellent views and opportunities to hike some elevation gain. Not too happy that AllTrails app decided to stop recording for about an hour in the middle of the hike.
Adventurous, steep, a challenge. I loved it
One of the best local trails on a beautiful day.
Nice trail, we will do it again!
Beautiful day with great views of the river and distant snow-capped mountains.
