Great hike with spectacular views of the mountains and waterfall. Also, well defined trail markers. Definitely would consider it a moderate hike.

Loved it!

Nice views from tower and nearby places. One of the best places in this area. Very busy during weekends, especially packed on parking lots.

This is a fairly easy trail that may be used for walking, running, biking and horseback riding. Depending on the recent weather some areas may be buggy, muddy or icy so be aware.
If geocaching is one of your hobbies the trail is loaded with them, if your not familiar and would like to know more go to geocaching.com.

Hard! Rocks! Great ups and downs!

Great loop, blue trail takes you back in time through a tight and rocky valley. I’m proud of my 7 and 9 year old for doh g whole loop. Nice view from summit too!

Very confusing markings are not very good not a lot of elevation but good for a long distance hike or short

The red trail was pretty challenging with many inclines which was a great workout. HOWEVER - it came to a point in the trail where the MARKERS STOPPED and we got completely lost. This is a huge oversight for the park and can be scary for hikers. When will this be fixed?? We had to Uber back to my car.

This should be marked as easy verse moderate. Hemlock trail is more for hiking. Pond trail is more for sightseeing. All others are mostly flat for walking bicycling or running.
Very easy to get lost if you don't have a map or this app. Definitely a place I will return to!

Went out with my husband this morning.

Pros: it's easy to get to, parking is ample, there are many options available to take with a variety of easy/hard, the trails are marked well, and everyone on the trail was kind.

Cons: I actually can't think of any.

Did this trail and it is by far the best in the area.

A short trail but worth it. Amazing views along the cliff and the tower at the end. Worth it to go when the tower is open and you can go up to the top and get some amazing views. Underline amazing.

This was a very interesting hike with forest and open fields. Really not difficult and should be rated easy. There are many trails, not all well marked, but well maintained. Probably would have gotten lost without this app. Definitely would go back and try some other trails too.

the trail markings and maps are extremely confusing because there are different parcels abutting each other and there is not a single map for the whole area. but there are some very nice sections of this home and a great view of Hartford from the easy to access summit

My husband and I walked the red trail today. This was the first time we walked a nature trail. Some parts of the trail was very rocky. It was a great experience and the view was beautiful.

Following this route made it very interesting, as you have to keep your phone out to make sure you go the right way. (Make sure you have enough battery). The route jumps around from trail to trail. First half is flat and the 2nd half has some moderate climbs, but overall, it’s a relatively flat trail. Nice route for a long 9 miles of solitude, as most of it is desolate.

Don’t bother following this route, just do some research and choose a colored trail to stick to (pink, blue, yellow). I tried following and it jumped around too much. The route ends in the middle of the blue trail, and has you head back. Next time I go I will pick a color and stick to it. Nice trails, easy terrain.

very nice hike, great views, a lot of history, took the blue tail back, definitely recommend ed

Beautiful place. I took a left on to a single track trail after a few hundred feet of gravel trail. It paralleled the highlighted rout above and let to the same tower lookout. Then continued on the m&m trail to Hartford rez no 6 for a swim!

nice trail

Very humid August day and rocks were a little slick. Short scrambles over low glacier ridges were a nice mix in, even having to lift the dog up onto some. Canopy covers well and there is minimal sun. If your into mushrooms....this is a good trail for you. The Orange circle trail on the way back cuts through some large boulders which kids would love.

Is this actually 9m?? I am struggling to see more than 6

Love this trail!

Short, fun hike up the mountain to the very scenic Heublein Tower. Definitely go early to avoid crowds and leave some time to explore the Heublein Tower complex.
