Great day with kids and BFFs. Not to hot not to cold, very little mud!

Beautiful views of water, islands and mountains - what more can you ask for?

A nice paved, dry trail leads to stunning view at the summit.

Amazing short hike to a breathtaking waterfall. It was pouring rain when we went and it was still very enjoyable.

Tried to go up to the falls today but some drunk idiot got his Honda stuck on the road a mile away from the trail head! Best to bring up a AWD car or 4 wheel drive if your trying to come up soon! Otherwise I suggest to wait until spring in a couple weeks when the snow is gone! Will have to come back soon !

gave it a 4 because of the slick trail but Beautiful!!! the beginning of the trail was pretty snowy and slick when we were there in February but just took it slow and we were good! the sign for the trailhead is hanging in the tree but if you pull off into the big rock pit you can then find the trail no problem a little back down the road and there was spray paint on the ground to mark it.

The falls are incredible, but it's not much of a hike to get here. It's more of a walk from your car. I would recommend hiking to the nearby Falls Creek Falls (which is in my opinion even more impressive), and then drive to Panther Creek Falls before you head home. I saw both on the same day in July of last year.

Spectacular waterfall. The road to get to the gravel parking area gets pretty narrow at some points, but is paved. Getting to the bottom of the falls is a very short, but pretty intensely steep hike. As other reviews have mentioned, once you park, walk back down the road a bit and the trail becomes visible on the right-hand side a little past the spray paint on the road (then follow the sound of rushing water).

Beautiful Hike. would go again in the spring/summer to get the best sunset view. went while it was raining. So awesome

Great hike! The falls are stellar. I went in late September but hope to return another time in the fall when the leaves have changed!

Was snowing pretty good and I almost lost my truck to a patch of ice and the cliff side of the road. On a more positive note the falls is amazing and a must see! Go after a big rain as the falls becomes almost twice as big. Loved this place, will be back.

Not much wooded trail nice views

Great views even on a cloudy day. Enjoyed walking around on a Sunday and exploring the beaches. Dog friendly but be careful as there are some steep cliffs :)

Very short hike but it is an extremely steep uphill hike to the hot springs. The pools at the top are the hottest and they get significantly cooler as you go lower. There will be naked people. I drove up here 3 or 4 times before I actually made the hike to the hot springs. This place is always busy. I would avoid going during the weekend, holidays, or spring break. The best time to go would be early in the morning, on a weekday. I also advise that you do not leave any valuables in your car. Keep it locked and hide/cover anything worth stealing (bags, purses, etc.).

It was a gorgeous hike but pretty hard to be counted as moderate. There are railings for a tiny part but totally should be almost the whole way. And I'd suggest going early as possible if you would like to have a pool to soak in.... I also had a small child with me, so that makes it harder. :) But it was good and beautiful.

Moderate! Lot of up and downs. Beautiful, saw only one other person. You need this app. To remain on course!!!!! Lots of trails!!

Amazing sight, I went around 7 and pretty much had the park to myself.

Good workout & view!!! The trail is confusing though it took me about 5 outings to figure out how to get all the way to Erie. Perfect for dogs and exercise

Nice easy peaceful place to walk.

Short trail to the view point, with a fun adventurous option to hike down to right in front of the falls!

Really liked sugar loaf, Mt Erie was to crowded. The trail system is super confusing. Get a map or take a very good picture of the trailhead billboard map. We took a wrong turn and ended up walking on the road for a bit to get up to Erie.

Great cliffs for jumping off. Can also hike over to Heart lake

The falls were beautiful!! Wasn’t able to hike the trail. Rainey day with a 3 year old in tow.

Absolutely beautiful! Went there this weekend. Nice drive from Vancouver. Will go back this spring and explore how to get to the bottom of the falls. Worth the short drive and hike to see the stunning falls.

It wasn’t too cold until we got close to the falls because of the mist. Definitely can’t wait to go again in the summer!

I love this trail! You can hike it all times of the year. And it has many trails leading off so you can extend your hike however much you choose.

The trail is heavily trafficked and very crowded at the pools. Very happy we experienced it! Didn’t stay too long as there were so many people. Be prepared for some nudity. The top pool is the warmest and gets cooler as you go down. Did this trail early November. So it was nice and refreshing way to warm up! Definitely one for the bucket list

What a view! Nice moderate hike to wake the legs up after hours of driving. Used trails 215 to 228 and felt like that made the ascent short but inclined. Locating the trail and parking were a breeze but no bathroom from the south trailhead.
