Beautiful trail. One side of the creek had a lot more terrain and was good for a workout hike. Would 100% recommend

Great little loop, there’s a decent hill in the loop, but a nicer Downhill after it. Just be mindful of other people on the trail

Nice easy hike

on Boone Trail

Perfect hike if you only have a few hours but still want to exert a little effort. Nice views of the lake. Better marked than the last time I was there a few years ago.

FYI the park map lists this as 6 miles if you do the entire loop. Not sure where the 4.4 miles listed here came from.

**. Ok the mileage difference is because the trail shown here as Boone Trail is actually the Lenape Trail. The Boone is 6 miles and circles Hopewell Lake not Scott's.

Great trail and really surprising that this is in the city. It's good for a leisurely walk, running, or biking. You can take smaller trails that are off of the main path if you want a more challenging hike.

great place

this is my go to park for a local hike. Plenty of trails, nothing terribly difficult, but there are some moderate hills. lately I've been parking at the boathouse and hiking to the covered bridge, definitely a nice cross section of the park

Beautiful walk around tidal marsh. With lots of nature to observe. Very unique as you are near planes, trains, and automobiles! Can also see Philly skyline in the distance.

Wish trail was marked a little better. Backside of trail is dirt so can get a little muddy if it’s rained recently.

Nice place.... lots of birds... nice walk... bring binoculars and bug spray! Boardwalk is nice too!

not boone trail. simply a portion of it and of other trails. do not follow the blazes for the trail if you only plan on 4.4 miles. labeling this map boone trail is misleading and potentially dangerous, especially for people who spend their hikes looking at nature and not their phones.

A good hiking workout but a poorly marked trail with few picture taking opportunities.

it was very relaxing with a nice view of the River

Beautiful! Enjoyed this trail and will definitely go back. The hill was a challenge but made it up :)

Beautiful trails for riding. We are so grateful to have access to this public park! Thank you

Local Gem. Pennypack Rail Trail and the Preserve gives the feeling of being way out in the country, yet is right outside city limits.

Beautiful walk for all levels. Paved road all around.

Great place to go birding. Definitely will come back, very peaceful!

Absolutely beautiful park!

Good beginners trail. Enjoyed the walk. Three hours with nature!!!!

Great trail with a few areas of steeper incline to get the heart really pumping. I did the entire trail, however, I would avoid the southern parts of the trail for the next few weeks until the bugs and flooding die down if you don’t want to deal with gnats and mud. The southern portion was super muddy, I was covered from the knees down by the time I finished. I was also followed by a swarm of bugs and mosquitoes the whole time, and walked through about 7 spider webs on the southern portion. Otherwise, the Boone trail is a really enjoyable, peaceful hike!

Great hike, devils pool is refreshing.....but rocks are very slippery! Hardly any restrooms though

Beautiful place well kept up with can't wait to go again

It is a good trial did it with my family any bike works and it was a breeze but the kids had some trouble going up the hills

Love!! Went here because it’s close to my sisters in the city but still on the way from Chalfont area. Hike was a workout and kicked my butt! (In the best way of course). I loved that it was easy enough but harder than most of my go-to trails. Will definitely be returning :) watch for the little spiders that build their web right across the trails!

Best urban ride in southeastern Pennsylvania. Free parking on Sedgley street at Kelly drive. Sculptures scattered through the Fairmont park part of the trail give great spots for a water break and a photo. Heavy traffic on the trail up to the Falls bridge, after which It thins out until Manayunk. A strech of street riding until the canal path comes into play ,then a safe auto free ride until Phoenixville. Connecting trails along the entire SRT make this trail the main artery this side of Pa.

very hilly

Considering it’s just a few miles outside of the city it’s an amazing place to get away and go for a 3 mile walk or so. Actually ended up going fishing one time and had a great experience. Beautiful place to visit

Great trail for beginners. Beautiful place, not crowded at all. Creek and waterfall were nice.
