Gorgeous hike, steady uphill into the Cirque the amazing views around the loop. Option to go higher/farther into the Cirque. Lots of people, we started at 11, and by 1230 the parking lot was overfilling

Great for a short first hike with family and dogs!

Insanely hard, well worth it. Amazing views, bring more water than you think you’ll need

Great short hike. Weather was around +14 and a little Smokey our. I arrived at 9:45am and there was plenty of parking available, the hike was not busy until on our way back. Then it got busy and the parking lot was full. Took it slow as I had my puppy with me. It took us about 2 hours to complete with breaks.

Beautiful hike! It’s definitely busy up to Lake Agnes Tea House, but the route up to Big Beehive was significantly less crowded and well worth the views. We started at about 9:45am. Great spot to eat lunch if you don’t want to wait at the tea house. Suggest going the Skyline route back down as it’s also less crowded and shaded.

Great hike! Went with kids ranging from 3-12. Beautiful scenery and worth the small grind at the beginning.

Great trip in the fall just before the tea hut closes.

Absolutely beautiful hike. The trailhead was a little unclear as there is no designated signage saying where the beginning of the trail was. It's along the path beside the sign that says something along the lines of "stay on the designated path, fragile area" - which was the only signage on this path. So start there! Other than that the flow of the hike was smooth and gorgeous.

Great hike! Our 6 yr old and 11 yr old made it to the pass as well.

Drive down yesterday and found the trail closed due to grizzly activity :(

Hard to rate this one. If you are looking for a relatively easy, nice hike then this is good for you. If you want a challenge and a good climb, then not for you. Well marked trail and lots of room to move, and you will need it because it is a busy trail. Get there no later than 9 if you want a quiet hike. Go counter clockwise and enjoy the view near the end of your hike.

Amazing hike. Park at the south end parking lot as it is a beautiful hike through the cirque on the way up to the ridge. The climb up will get the heart rate pumping but the views at the top as well as the hike along the top of the ridge is absolutely beautiful.

My family and I backpacked into Taylor Lake at the end of July. Super beautiful location, the lake is stunning!!

I wouldn’t rate this as an “easy hike”, it’s a steady climb all the way up and especially with a 40 lb pack it was moderate.

My crew made it up in about 2 hours, and rewarded with an amazing stay up there for two nights. The picnic tables made food prep and eating a breeze.

We hiked into O’Brien Lake the next day for some more fishing, always fun fishing for Cut Throat Trout.

All and all, this hike was awesome!

Loved this hike. A little steep through the trees to get your lungs and legs firing but it's over fast and then there’s nothing crazy after that. Lots of different scenery, saw a couple of marmots too. Still some snow to check out at the top even in August. Beautiful, quick trek.

Beautiful afternoon walk with the family! Perfect for a nice picnic at the top!

Amazing views for little work! Lots of pikas out when I was there on Friday.

A decent hike for beginners. Great view at the top and a nice break. Took roughly 3.5 hours to complete.

Did this for the first time this last weekend and did the trail in reverse. For a more intense climb I recommend doing this in reverse (clockwise) however no reward at the end (views on the Ridge side that would be the reward if done going the posted way (counter clockwise). On the Ridge side there are a few locations for great Insta photos. Lots of trail side benches to rest. The trail is quite wide so easy to allow room for folks coming in opposite directions. The slope is steep down on the Ridge side (walking counter clockwise) and there is some erosion close to the bottom but nothing too serious.
This is a popular trail on weekends so not recommended for those seeking to not run into another human being.
I'd recommend this trail for families (ages 7+), beginner hikers and those wanting a quick hike on a jammed day or weekend as this can be done in a short period of time. I think smaller kids would either get bored or run out of steam but each kid is unique so parents discretion on that one. Nothing is super hard or technical on this hike, an instant gratification, confidence building hike.

Fantastic quick hike. Steep at the beginning and then it opens up into a beautiful high valley. Great place if you wanted to set up a picnic, read for a few hours, paint, ect. Also a really nice hike in the fall, the colours really show!

Big beehive views were impressive. But you will work for them

This was a great day trip from Calgary for us. There were a lot of people in the trail coming down as we were heading up around 1 pm. The climb was totally worth it when you get to the clearing and the loop. We took our dog and she was great and there were other dogs out on the trail as well.

This was my first hike and I was 40lbs over weight this year when I went to the top. It took me 9.5hrs up and down with my gf. Took some dedication to make it to the top of the mountain. Took lots of pictures and breaks especially at the rock garden. I would def recommend this trail.

Such a great trail-catch it in the summer for wildflowers! We’ve done this hike a few times and our kids enjoyed it as well. Best for the 4 and up crowd.

I only give this a 2 cause it’s a pretty boring and not long or exciting hike . Saying that it’s a great hike for starters who are just starting to hike. The hike is very easy.

Lots of people out on the trail. We got the hard part out of the way first and went clockwise... thankfully or else would have been longer more gradual climb.

We went with our youth group and everyone enjoyed a beautiful
