Great trail if you love waterfalls - in the end I forgot to count how many I saw.

I thought this trail was incredible there was a lot of different scenery. First part is mostly all uphill. Just past the halfway point the trail is hard to find. You can cross over a fallen tree and get onto the trail there. Do early to avoid crowds.

Beautiful trail . 3 waterfalls in the first mile. Shady Forrest most of the way. Very few hikers. Great views of the river and waterfalls.

Great hike! Three waterfalls within the first mile or so. Bring mosquito repellant!

In the winter we hiked the road which was closed. In the summer went from Skyliner to Happy Valley and back. Beautiful in any season!

This trail was a lot of fun! The views of the waterfalls got better the farther we went.

Loved the trail. Well tended. Scenery lovely.
Only downside was that a forest fire had ravaged the area decades ago: (darn those poorly smothered campfires).
But Reforestation, the beauty of the Tumalo Falls, creek restoration, the people, (well handled by their canines)
and light mosquito protection (light clothing) made our hike great.

This trail is really not very interesting - I don't understand why it gets such good reviews. It's an average walk through the forest with just occasional views of waterfalls.

Hike was okay, nothing spectacular.

Very well maintained trail, not a lot of signs but you can follow the trail. We made it a little bit more after the Double Falls. A lot of bikes passing through. Make sure to stop and enjoy the view, there a few view point after you pass the Tumalo Falls.

Beautiful trail, not very well marked. We ended up hiking in about 3.5 miles then hiking back out because we couldn’t find the connecting trails to make the loop. Gorgeous waterfalls and a few ankle and knee high patches of snow at the higher elevations - even on Memorial Day weekend!

Really good, clean, mostly flat trail. Great first hike getting back into the swing of things. Well travelled. We went in the afternoon and many people were on the trail.

Easy peasy

Nature is so beautiful on this trail! We hiked up to the falls and higher up got to hike in the snow! Lower trail next just fresh air and scenery. Very family friendly, parking not great fills up fast a lot of cars parking on road and instead. Very happy pets on trails too!

The trail above the falls had more snow than expected. I had no snow shoes with me so hiked back on the creek trail which was also snow covered. I look forward to coming back!

I have done this trail three times!! Beautiful ending but the scenery is not the best in Bend during the hike.

You can see the Falls from the trailhead. However the gravel road to trailhead is closed, so it is a 3 mile easy hike with no elevation from where you park to the trailhead. Continuing on, trail had icy spots

I went during the winter/snow time so the road was closed. The majority of the hike is on a pretty wide road, took both my german shepherds off leash the entire hike (they are very friendly). Easy hike, defiantly family friendly.

Absolutely stunning. The falls did not disappoint.

We hiked this for the first time today. After completing about 2/3 of the trail with a “tromped path” in the snow, we turned around bc it was new to us and there were significantly fewer tracks...we’ll be back in the Spring!!!

I've never seen so many waterfalls in one hike before! I unfortunately did not get to complete the loop because I lost the trail in the snow 2/3 that way around the loop and had to turn around. Will return in the summer to complete!

awesome day!

Nice hike along the river past 10 or so waterfalls. A couple of the falls are great for photography if you're willing to haul the weight. The trail through the watershed needs some maintenance but wasn't bad. There is no bridge at the stream crossing near the turn around. A couple logs upstream will get you across.

I have to start with the aroma! It's a wonderful sweet smell comparable to fine fragrance. I wish I could bottle it up. It's a Beautiful maintained trail along side the creek. Cute benches and picnic tables here and there. Feels a bit magical in some areas

Loves this hike!

We drove right to the falls after reading the reviews from this trail. There are several trails you can choose from once you reach the parking area... keep in mind it is $5 to park within the marked parking area! Tumalo Falls was gorgeous. Trails to the top overlooking the falls are breathtaking and you can even hike down to the waterfall itself and be underneath it. The hike down to the falls can get a bit narrow at times, so watch your step and take your time. Even if you don't hike all the way down, there are still some great views along this trail. Great day spent hiking in the Tumalo Creek area for all ages. We definitely recommend!

There is much more to this trail system above Bend. Do some additional research and it will make it even a more fulfilling hike.

The waterfalls along the first half of this hike are amazing. We had to cross the creek after getting on swampy lakes trail and it was almost waist high so just a bit of caution if you're doing the full loop.

Awesome hike! Although, I was so distracted by the views that I didn't make the loop (ran out of time). My hike went up North Fork Trail and back, but not quite to the next trail.
