This trail is spectacular and is definitely worth the walk especially is it’s basically the only falls trail open right now. Definitely do it clockwise.

One of my favorite hikes. Great for beginner hikers or a quick daily walk in the woods. In the spring and summer I do this hike 3 to 4 times a week. Also going on a sunny morning it's a photographer's dream location.

Beautiful view of the falls but trails are closed I heard till April. Sad I didn’t get to do the hike!

Beautiful but very popular expect to share the beautiful views. Trail is in good condition but still has areas that are muddy!

Great hike for young kids. My 4 year old handled it like a champ. A lot of traffic on a sunny day with the other gorge hikes still closed but worth it!!!

Awesome trail for snowshoeing and hiking! The 360 view of mountains and Mount Hood on a clear day is incredible!

A nice easy loop. Beautiful scenic views of the lake and Mt. Hood.

Beautiful hike! Wear appropriate shoes-it was pretty muddy.

You can literally drive up too or walk up too this waterfall it's so pretty!

Fantastic hike, gorgeous in every way, waterfalls, lush greenery, flowers, mushrooms, moss, all that's missing are the little fairies :) Took us about 5-6 hrs, just what we needed.

Short moderately steep but the stairs helped. May 2017. Enjoyed the views and the lush green. And the waterfall was beautiful. Wish I was in better shape for the hike back out, had to stop once to catch my breath.

Amazing beginner hike. Definitely will be back

Had so much fun! A few areas were a little not kid friendly with a 2 and 4 year old but we just carried them. His is an amazing hike!

Went and hiked this on our way back from Seattle WA to CA, it was great the trail takes you to the top of the waterfall then down to the base of the waterfall

Its closed and fenced, but you can still see the waterfall

Fun hike, not to many people were actually taking the whole loop due to slush, so the trail was pretty empty. Nice trails, great for dogs and the falls are beautiful! Moments of silence were not taken for granted.

This is such a fun hike. The falls are so breath taking!! And you can get right underneath them :-) Easy, kid and dog friendly as well. We will be back!

Beautiful waterfalls! Very slippery because of melted snow / slush! Coming back in the summer!

Super fun hike with beautiful falls - in dry weather you could wear tennis shoes. I did not go in dry weather... it is VERY slick and muddy- several people fell multiple times. Wear shoes with good traction!

Miss this place

Nice hike. Cold and sunny. A bit icy near upper falls.

This was my first snowshoeing trip ever, and my first time on this trail. The hardest part for me was the added mile from parking to trail head especially on our way back. The trail itself is moderately challenging lots of climbing with a couple areas that are flat. The summit was steep and a little scary on the way down as there was ice and just a very light layer of snow. Unfortunately it was cloudy and windy at the top and we didn’t experience the beautiful views we were hoping for. Next time I’ll do this one on a clear day. Hiked 1/20/2018

Such an inspiring place to be, silence and serenity and freezing temperatures. Luckily the sun welcomed us at Lost Lake.
We had to park our car 3 miles down the mountain because of snow. But it was worth the hike.

Good hike, we took our 5 month old son in the front carrier. Definitely will be back this summer.

Pack the jetboil and sunrise hike!!! Dope!

I love this trail - all seasons.
The trail today was mostly snow free up to Mirror Lake, but after that it gets snowy (with the exception of a couple patches). It is definitely doable without snowshoes or microspikes, but I was grateful for my microspikes. Gets a little confusing up top to follow the trail, but just keep an eye on boot prints.

Beautiful day! Be prepared to walk from the SkiBowl parking lot which adds another mile each way. Not much snow to Mirror Lake today, but all snow past the lake to the top of Tom, Dick, and Harry trail. Clamp-ons would be handy, but totally doable with hiking boots. Be prepared for 2' snow at the top.

Awesome!!! Trail was easy and you get up close and personal with the waterfalls. Truly beautiful trail. Some spots are pretty muddy and have wet rocks, be careful and wear shoes with good traction. Overall, totally recommend.

perfect rainy day hike
