Very dry, easy to hike

Pretty easy, slightly muddy in spots, can be busy with bikes you turn onto wildwood

This is magical! Great for running, walking, picnicking, etc.

as of 4/9 the gate to the falls is closed, so we had to hike the 2.5 miles up to see the falls. We definitely speed walked and made it to the falls and back in an hour and 10 min. Some parts of the road are still snowed on any icy , but overall not bad. The annoying walk was definitely worth it, once we made it to the falls!

Wonderfully easy hike

Not a bad view, but do be warned—it’s still snowy and slippery out there. Crampons are a huge plus.

Beautiful and easy to run on!

This was a great trail! It was very well maintained, not super crowded and full of shade! We took our dog who also had a great time! Parking was easy as well (2pm on a Thursday) which was an added bonus. I highly recommend this hike as a short easy walk to learn about the various trees of Oregon.

Most people were wearing masks so that’s good. Not a ton of people here after 12 on the weekdays. Best time to come is 1-4!

I took my own path through a few different trails looking for all the labeled trees, of which I wish there were more, but overall it was a very nice hike

Steep but lovely— great time of day!

Fun hike, mostly perfect very little mud and when you see mud it is very easy to walk around.

Started our clear, rained a bit while we were out there. Muddy on the way back down on Birch Trail, but the rest of it was in pretty good shape!

Just a few muddy spots but not too bad overall.
