WalkingGreat!

Great views of the mountain range! Foggy and cloudy but still easy and enjoyable. Going slow and stopping for pictures we completed it in 1 hr 15 min

It's a paved road but a long incline to the top! Nice views from up top but it started to get misty and cloudy so we weren't able to see everything.

The trail is beautiful. It's a small road to the top and the views throughout the trail is beautiful

Really beautiful, even in the fog! We went on the morning of 9/19, right after the smoke from the forest fires cleared. We got there at 9am and parking was easy. As others have mentioned, the trail itself is paved, making it easy for hikers of all experience levels to enjoy it. I think that’s great. Would have been a fun one to run, too. Once you get close to the top, you can pick up the Elwha trail as well; we followed it for a bit, and now really want to go back. Pack a lunch and stop by one of the picnic areas on the way out — the way the park situated the tables gives everyone an amazing view of the landscape (at least on loop A, we didn’t stop at the B loop).

I extended to Marymere Falls from the Moments in Time trail. Marymere trail feels much like Moments in Time, but without the signs of civilization (once you get past the roads). This is mostly a very flat, well groomed trail unit you get to the actual falls. From there you'll find some steep steps. The steps form a loop that culminate at a higher viewpoint of the falls, but in my opinion it's not worth the effort. I suggest just taking a left when the stairs split and you'll have a short climb to the main falls viewpoint. Btw, cheers to the crews that keep the trails hike able. There was a MASSIVE tree blown down right at the Storm King TH and it must've been some work clearing the way. Thanks!

This is a great little trail that just about anybody can do. It has access to Lake Crescent and several other trails. It's in great shape and a peaceful walk through some old growth.

It’s still pretty smoky up here but it’s the best air quality I’ve seen all week! I’ll take it!

Paved road, but the trail overall was absolutely amazing. Go during sunrise for the best view. At the top there is no smoke, good views all around

I've seen the pictures of the views, but unfortunately the fires across the West Coast caused poor air quality and the sky was completely gray/beige. Still an easy paved trail to the top, but could not see a thing. Saw some grouse which was cool!

Hiked this back in the Summer of 2018. Sad to read that it's paved now. Amazing views the entire way!

We actually hiked this trail mid August, so long before the smoke haze. I was so surprised the trail was completely paved. Side trails weren’t, but they are worth checking out as well. Bring water, & a light jacket is always a good idea in the mountains. Incredible views!!!

Did this for the first time last weekend! Great hike! Don’t let the paved trail fool you, it’s more of a thigh burner than you would expect but it’s not difficult. Views were stunning the whole way up and at the top!

Luckily the hike is mostly above the smoke layer so the air quality is much better than down in Port Angeles. The views are spectacular, especially at sunset.

Was steeper than expected, but the views are awesome. Paved the entire way. This was our favorite trail at Hurricane Ridge!
