Very good trail very easily distinguishable,
The trail had different smaller trails you could take that were a little more rugged that were optional that was great!

Easy trail...not sure why it’s a moderate. The waterfall was nice and the trail had some overgrown sections but fun anyway.

Run the yellow/pink trails multiple times each week!

It’s a nice trail in the city. Well maintained. Bring in your water.

I started later in the day I wanted to...it got hot out there! I started from Sunset and took the trail south all the way to the Post Oaks trailhead. The trail was easy to follow to the boulder field and I saw two deer on the way. I didn’t realize there is supposed to be a trail around the right (west) side of the boulder field so I climbed over the boulders in the way down the trail. If you’re not careful you can slip and fall and get hurt, so make sure you stay within your abilities.

Once I left the boulder field the trail started to become hard to follow at times. There are a few side trails and no markings at all. I had a tool map and limited gps reception on my phone, so once I ended up off course for a way I would backtrack and find the right path. That turned out to be the theme of the day. I saw what I assume to be parts of a buffalo skeleton in a small creek. Once I neared the Post Oak falls the trail(s) kind of went all over the place. I knew if I continued to follow the creek downstream I would end up at the other trailhead.

Overall, this is a rewarding hike and it offers unique opportunities that you won’t get in other parts of Oklahoma. Make sure you’re familiar with the trail before you start and keep an eye out for the landmarks to remember where you’re headed!

Nice trail. Gorgeous view.

Beautiful and well designed trails.

Well maintained trail, lost it a bit toward the end, but that’s probably more user error.

Heavy rains in Late Sept. had water levels up. The fall has died down in the past two days, but was still nice to see a rush falling. Creek levels are also up so be prepared to get your feet wet or rock hop a little more.

By this outlined trail, it’s very easy. You can take a more difficult path but should not unless you are experienced.

Well marked trail. Good views. Grass was waist high in quite a few spots but can still easily follow the trail. Easy to get to. Excited to return when the leaves turn colors!

What a great hike! We also had the opportunity to see vultures perched down by the shore.

Nicely kept gravel trail with beautiful views. Nice tree canopy, bird watching and streams along the way. Missed out on seeing bison!

Trail was completely overgrown with sticker plants. Even the area up to the trailhead wasn’t cleared. Had to turn around and took a good session with tweezers to get the 100+ stickers off my shoes just from .2 miles of the trail.

i love this trail. i run/walk here at least once a week, sometimes 4x a week. It's very rocky with a lot of tree covering. This is a nice trail to challenge yourself with.

Great place for families. The view at the top is nice. There are several nice trails in the park near this one.

It was pretty tough but it was nice!

Lots of fun, clean trail, a little overgrown by the lake with tons of grasshoppers. didn't make it all the way to the south end, so I will have to come back later this week. saw a heron, a few lake birds, and a lizard. it rained last night, and the trail was damp, but no mud.

Pretty decent hike. Your back side will definitely feel it. Great scenery, best hike in OK so far. Overall, great adventure.

Great hike. With the switchback we hiked 6.0 miles. The switchback is real slim with overgrown areas but beautiful. Over all. Great trail system. 5/5

Even though it was crazy hot during our hike it was still amazing, there are a lot of signs for snakes so please be careful, you will be hiking both up and down hill a lot though more up then down it seems like but the hike to the top although difficult turned out to be very beautiful if you go on a hot day please please please bring Lots of water. It’s very nice and has two lakes and great views there is wildlife and a lot of cactus so watch out.

Trail is clearly marked! There are a few dry creek crossings where the trail is a little tricky to spot though. Make sure to grab a stick to knock down spider webs if you go in the morning.

A Tulsa gem and a challenging hike. Bring lots of water or a camelpack when it's hot out.

LOVED hiking this trail on and off! we went adventuring up and down the rockface and it was SO exhilarating with beautiful views, a couple of neat little caves and refreshing waters at the falls! also a big plus to have multiple options for camping! (cabins, tent, or rv)

This is a nice gentle crushed granite trail up and back. I prefer something far more strenuous but I took my dad who has chronic arthritis but still loves the outdoors. Although he was still hurting, he loved this trail! The path is well maintained and is nice for all ages.

I almost stepped on a gorgeous Speckled King Snake (not poisonous) crossing toward the creek about a 1/4th way up. There’s a little switch back once you start to gain elevation toward the overlook. The overlook is a nice treat compared to most spots in Dallas/Fort Worth. Just sit and enjoy the breeze and views.

I have previously walked and hiked this in slightly rainy conditions and it was beautiful.

Great urban trail. Would not know your in a city. Challenging but not overwhelming.
