Great trail would highly recommend!! About a mile or so before you reach the falls the trail splits you can either go right towards the falls or left up the mountain. Going left will take you up to the cell towers on the peak of the mountain. Views are amazing. Trail is pretty rocky and some big washed out ruts in a few areas make this difficult for any vehicle without some good clearance.

Awesome trail, little rough in the beginning. Smooth sailing afterwards.

Decently easy trail, but wouldn't recommend cars/crossovers take this. Helped a gentleman with a popped tire in his Lexus CUV. Has quite a bit of sharp rock areas and a few washed out dips but anything with ground clearance and decent sidewalls can make it. The falls are really pretty. Camping spots not far from falls, but it does get windy at night.

Relatively easy until the last 1/4 mile or so. Gets a little steep and the ground is a little loose. Pretty great views once you reach the top. Doesn't take very long but I'd say it's worth the trip.

We have driven this trail many times and it has never disappointed. This trail can be made with a high clearance stock vehicle but there could be some underside contact. Along this road you will see the famous site of where the car went off the cliff from the "Thelma and Louise" movie. As you continue on to the portion that enters Canyonlands National Park, ATV's are no longer permitted. Climbing the switchbacks to the main road in Canyonlands is not for the faint of heart as the overlook is a long ways to the bottom, but the view is amazing.

This is a great off road trail. We made this trip three times. Once in a Hummer H3 and twice in an Arctic Cat Wildcat. All the vehicles made the journey with ease. Make sure to bring plenty of water (in the summer time especially) as it gets extremely hot and there is nowhere to rehydrate in this area.

We made this trip in an Arctic Cat Wildcat and were able to easily complete the trip in this vehicle. The journey was fun and had areas of sandstone, dirt road and sand dunes. This trip was a blast! This trail is highly recommended. Be aware the full trail takes a few hours by ATV and longer by truck or SUV, so it's recommended that you don't leave too late and find yourself in this destitute area after dark.

Great adventure! Made it to the top with my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail hawk. It got a little tricky on the switch backs due to some wash out areas. On our way back we took the the Indian sprigs trail and as it turns out it brings you right back to the old 91.

Very scenic and pretty drive in the fall. Lots of colors. Road is bumpier the last 2 miles but any truck or suv will be fine if it’s dry. Old shack, creek, and redwood tree are worth the drive in. You will likely see deer if early or later in the day

Not a fun off-road trail/road, but destination is awesome! Road is just bumpy and rocky and dusty. Trail 1-2 stars, destination 5

Great 42-mile out and back trail in Polaris Ranger Crew 570-4. No problems minus a couple bottom scrapes here and there ... nothing major. Rainy most of the day, but cleared up when we got to the end. Well worth the haul all the way, ending across the Colorado River from Thelma and Louise Point.

The first 2.5 miles are a little rough, then the last 3 are nice and smooth. Made it threw without 4wd most of the trail in a stock 4Runner. Fun trail with awesome views, even saw a double rainbow!

Took this drive with my wife on 9/29/2018. This is a phenomenal drive. Low clearance vehicles should not attempt this. There were a couple places that would high-center a Subaru. Make sure you have ample clearance, water (it was 90 degrees), food and time. If you’re not camping start early. I would set aside at least 5 hrs for a scenic drive/pics. There were som places that were washed out and should not be attempted if you’re a newbie. A tow from the far end can easily run $1,000. Not a typo. Worth every minute. If you’re scared of heights don’t look down. Moab was booked solid but out here after Hurrah Pass you’ll be pretty alone except for an occasional side-by-side. No service. No water. No shade. Plenty memories.

Beautiful views. We did the trail downhill after visiting Dead Horse Point State Park. Fun trail in a stock Tacoma and doesn’t take very long.

Trail was very crowded around 2 pm in the afternoon. Starting out trail is very well marked and you know which way to go. Once you get to the bottom of the canyon there is not much signage and multiple off shoot trails which can be confusing. Most of these trails are for ATV/UTV. We had a 16 Jeep with 6 inch lift and 35 inch tires. Seen multiple people doing this in stock 4x4s and I wouldn’t see that being a issue.

Amazing ride through the Canyons and next to the Colorado River. Would have like to had a little more time to run a little ways down the White Rim Trail but that’s another day. Looking forward to it!!!!

A hidden gym with stunning scenery. The posted 5 mile journey can be made much longer by taking alternate trails up to altitude.

We took the trail going through the Hurrah pass trailing the very edge of the clifs and it was wonderful. the top has breathtaking views and the trail isn't too difficult to the top. Going down on the other side to get to the Chicken Trail is a tad bit more difficult but still not too bad.

Took the road less traveled for sure. Need 4 wheel drive and patience. Bring water and hopefully you have a/c. Temps reached 103 mid ride.

One of my favorite places on Earth. The waterfall looks like a fantasy scene dropped into the desert. 4x4 high-clearance is best, but we did get a Subaru Forester in after grinding both bumpers. Good all terrain or off-road tires needed. Some try to hike it, but that's 11+ miles and extremely hot on a road where you'll constantly be dirt-blasted by passing vehicles.

Easy trail using a stock Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4x4 rented in Las Vegas. We saw this was a BLM backway to Zion, started it off 59 and headed north. I recommend this to anyone headed to Zion - it's almost the entire view when approaching the canyon - beautiful! We drove this trail leaving Zion, too... also scenic but not as breathtaking as heading from the south to the north.

Fun off road trail for trucks or all-terrain vehicles. There are numerous side routes that are narrow for a full-size truck but do-able. Main road was a piece of cake, a sedan could make it, but still fun! I would recommend for a quick afternoon ride.

This is a perfect road for anyone who has a stock 4X4. Whether you drive up or down it is a fun easy drive. A great way to get experience without stressing out. Take you time and enjoy the road.

As of last year, the road is NO longer maintained. It now requires a high clearance 4x4, or you will be coming out on the hook

NOT a "scenic" drive for the tourist by any stretch of the imagination.

Do not park on Spring Dr, or the Sheriffs office may ticket you. There is plenty of parking past the cattle guard and water tower at the top of the hill.

When AT said to stop, it was in a residential area with no place to park and no trailhead. Keep driving until you see a fence with a sign on it about the falls. I drove past the sign because I had 4WD on my vehicle. Then I saw the road condition. Great for having a flat. I did not go any further. Nor did I walk to see the falls.
