Great, easy trail for the whole family! Our 4 year old hiker didn’t complain about the walk at all. Lots of families with dogs, pretty heavily trafficked but didn’t feel crowded at all. Falls are really pretty! We’ll definitely go back when it’s warm outside.

Easy walk up to a pretty waterfall. We went off to the left to look for the mine. That made it even better for us.

AMAZING!!! We had such a great time. Kids 6,11, and 12. The waterfall was incredibly beautiful.

One of my all time favorite hikes. This waterfall is absolutely amazing!!! Worth every step. If you are thinking of doing this trail. DO IT!!

We got so lost and took the wrong trail at the marked trailhead, the one that warns about steep drops and death (seriously). The correct trail, which we found when leaving and decided to stay, is across the street on an unmarked trail. There are two paths - one below that runs along the creek and the one above to the left. Go left. There are a couple stream crossing, a boulder field and the chimney ruins. The falls are awesome and the trail is eventually marked with red. Totally worth all the getting lost!

A nice quick hike!

Very easy and great for kids and families and fun to swim in! Bring some shoes with traction and clothes you don’t mind getting wet in! Young’s e to take a dip!

Beautiful waterfall! We initially started on the trail to Big Bradley Falls but realized we were on the wrong trail (since we were using the app). We crossed the road and found the trail head (unmarked) to Little Bradley Falls. You have to cross the stream 2x and there are not enough rocks to hop across. (I fell in during the second crossing and my shoe floated away). Definitely planning on coming back in the summer.

These are very nice falls! I would recommend going right after a good rain to watch them roar. The steps down may be slippery. Please keep children off the rocks and away from the water when it is roaring from the rain!

This is a very nice, compacted trail. Families should easily be able to take the kids. Check out the 2 huge boulders on the way up...the trail runs between them.

A very nice short hike. Once I was there I met another hiker who told me about the other Falls to the left of Moore Cove. Just a short walk across two creeks and up a hill. It was pretty nice as well and worth it!

Awesome easy trail!

Crabtree falls is the hidden gem of blue ridge parkway. It is one of the most beautiful waterfalls I have ever seen. It is less than three miles all together and is dog friendly. The hike is slightly more challenging when the rocky trail is wet, but still easy for a “strenuous” trail.

A beautiful waterfall that is a must see if driving through Pisgah. The falls are easily viewable from the road, but you can also walk down a few sets of stairs to the river at the base of the falls.

Not a hike, pull off with a few steps to the base of the falls. Still, sooo worth the stop!

Short and sweet trail to beautiful waterfall. Follows a creek and is well cared for. Parking area at trail head. Would be great for kids, dogs allowed too!

Nice hike. Fairly easy creek crossings. Some minor obstacles.

Quick hike to a great waterfall! Worth the trip.

Loved this! Very doable even for people who are out of shape aka me

Wide path for pups and others to pass

The falls were really cool and peaceful

It was a cold day so for us this distance was perfect!

Very nice hike through the woods to a beautiful waterfall/

Easy with good views. The waterfall is really cool in the snow.

Really enjoyable hike, beautiful waterfall with a great swimming hole for the hot days.

this is a must to do. a great roadside waterfall. only a few minutes to walk to the bottom for a nice dip or to get some great photos. i went late September when school was back in. i would assume all summer there would be a lot of people. still a must see and cant under stand why anybody would give this fall less than 5 stars

Not much water, but you can walk behind the falls. Very easy walk.

easy walk down and beautiful falls.

This is a great hike with with nice views and a beautiful waterfall. The trail is well marked and even though it is classified as moderate most would have to consider it easy. You can access it off the parkway and the trail head is obvious. I chose to do the hike counter clockwise but I think ether way is going to be about equal. The only challenging part going counter clockwise was hundred yards or so right after the falls. There are definitely plenty of rocks and roots to navigate through out the hike so proper shoes are a must. I saw no one else on the trail even though it was a gorgeous December day. I highly recommend this hike, it’s less than 3 miles to complete the loop and it can be accomplished at a fast pace. You can step right up to the falls and get some awesome photos.

A good afternoon hike with my pup! I ran into two other parties and was able to get a great workout in, all while taking in the numerous waterfalls.

Awesome waterfall! You can get within about 10' of the bottom of the falls, with the best access being from the left side as you approach. The trail is rather easy. The only difficult part is after crossing the creek. Lots of switchback and elevation gain. But the trial is a very cool hike; natural surface once away from the parking/camping areas and very scenic.

really great fall with swimming hole.
