nice little hiking trail and love the cave

Great trail. If you have bad knees I would be cautious most of this train is lost on large steps and large lost rock!

Pay attention to your map! A TON of people we talked to along the way told us we were at the top when we were only halfway up. There are roads at both trailheads, if you don't see a parking lot and a road you are NOT done.

I love this place. Super short hike through the woods to beautiful rock formations and stunning views. Great place to explore and sit and enjoy the vistas.

Great trail and moderately easy. Only small inclines that we’re short! We have had so much fun exploring Arkansas. We were able to take the Drone and get some amazing footage of Yellow Rock Overlook. Please check it out at this link

It would be a 5 star if I could find a better trail to the large Waterfall. Very beautiful and rewarding. Great views and after hiking there for several years I found a small cave to hike through. Bring a very long rope if you want to see the big fall.

Beautiful trail. A lot of people on the look outs who were kind of camped out made it a little less enjoyable, but if people don’t bother you, the trail is nice. Great in the spring with the dogwoods blooming and lots of flowing water.

Spent the weekend here at the beginning of June. The trail is clearly marked, but very overgrown and sometimes hard to see past the overgrowth. There's a beautiful campsite near a creek and one right past a dirt road. Plenty of camping spots near the waterfalls. It was strenuous. The climbs can be rough. A lot of loose rocks and larger rocks and roots. Wear very comfortable shoes that are water resistant. You have to cross some creeks.

Great hike. Very scenic. Heavily trafficked on weekends. Worth it though.

Neat rock formations and fun to check out the base of the bluffs. Better views on other bluff hikes. A lot of the hike is in the woods.

Great little trail, not marked up so the reviews were very helpful to locate. We did end up going too far though looking for the cave! Once you find the waterfall, cave trail is to the right. You have to hike down to get to it. So neat and very secluded. We were the only ones out there when we went on a Saturday afternoon.

Well, we hiked the trail, or what looked like the trail (it was pretty narrow and there were several false trails), until we got to King’s bluff. The waterfall was a trickle, as was expected, but after that, the trail became confusing. We wanted to see the rest of the bluff, the hoodoos, and get to the bottom to see the caves. But this old road (false trail) ruined all that. The road was broader and more well trodden than the smaller trail that went towards the bluff, so we mistook it for the real trail and ended up missing most of the scenery. It also added .2 mi. to the trail length. After we reconnected with the actual trail, we realized it was the fake trail that we walked past earlier with the sign saying “Road Closed”. Please, don’t return this way, as it gives you a false interpretation of the trail. You see a little piece of the scenery, but after that you miss the rest. It is not worthwhile. We will definitely return in the fall when the waterfall is running, and the forest is a little thinner. Once again, make sure not to miss the actual trail. If you do you will sacrifice 80% of the scenery for more mileage. The rest of the trail though, was amazing, and I recommend this trail greatly. Just don’t go on that fake trail.

Fantastic moderate hike. The trail is clearly marked and easy to keep track of. Which is great, because you really need to mind your footing with all the loose and embedded rocks. The overlook is fantastic. There’s a second ledge a bit past the first, so you can get some great pictures if you are hiking with a partner. This trail also offered several nice stopping points to take a break or grab some water. Easily one of my favorites in NWA.

Loved! Had lunch at the last overlook. We went and it was super hot, but shaded so still bearable. Nice to tag on after the Devils Den Trail.

views from the top were amazing, it got a little confusing towards the end where the trail wasn't marked well where a wooden bridge was blocked off. Amazing view of the valley!

Such a beautiful trail! Little longer and more strenuous than the Devils Den trail nearby. The overlook is breathtaking! After the overlook, KEEP GOING! The trail continues and it is absolutely beautiful but so many people just turn around at the overlook and go back. You are robbing yourself of some serene Ozark beauty if you turn around!

Whoever left the orange markers is a blessing. You da real mvp.

The overlooks are really beautiful. Only found one falls with a large pool underneath. The trail was pretty much nonexistent at some point and we didn’t see any ribbons or markers. It was still a fun hike with great views.

Trail was moderately difficult with lots of rock steps. Very pet friendly. The scenic overlook was gorgeous, and well worth the hike!! There were no maps posted on the trailheads, so that is something that could be improved upon by park staff. Overall, great trail!

We hiked the neighboring Pedestal Rocks trail (see review there) and decided to check this one out later in the day since we had plenty of daylight left and wanted to find a place to set up camp for the evening. After everyone came to the conclusion that the gentle sound of the falls would be great sleeping background noise, we headed off down this trail. We ended up in an incredibly scenic, absolutely stunning opening near the bluff on the southern leg of the trail. We had a clear view of about 60% of the night sky which was filled to the brim with countless stars, due to the very little light pollution. I cannot recommend camping in this area enough. The next day, we headed out and explored the two big falls and many other streams that are speckled through the exit of the trail. I loved this trail and it was deeply moving in many ways. Much like the Pedestal Rocks trail, I cannot recommend this one highly enough.

Absolutely stunning trail with some unbelievably beautiful areas to explore and photograph. I cannot recommend this trail highly enough and I greatly encourage any and everyone to make this trip. The pedestals and caves that are off the main path are well worth exploring and truly awesome. ***WARNING: there are side trails that are extreme perilous for young adults and children that are unfamiliar with the area; some holes in the rocks have plummets of well over 100ft, so take extreme caution when hiking around these areas.*** We hiked this trail and the accompanying nearby King's Bluff loop (see review for that trail, too) and absolutely adored it. Despite the few ticks that were pulled off the next day, it was well worth it. 5/5 stars, easy.

Scenic views, rocky terrain, surrounded by trees...it was quite enjoyable!

I took 2 kids (7 year olds) and a puppy. Trail is family and dog friendly. Love this trail. The overlooks on the way to the first waterfall are beautiful. The first waterfall is so simple to get to and is a great little swim spot. The second waterfall is a easy trail but you have to pay very close attention and follow the orange ribbons. Both waterfalls are pretty great when they are flowing.

Not a bad trail, but I found two ticks crawling around on me later in the day.
