Amazing hike! Great views and not that demanding. We took our 7 and 5 year olds and they made it with no problems. Just be careful for the cliff edge. It's a long ways down!

Relatively short and for the most part easy. There's one section getting near the top where you have to scramble up the rocks. There's also a side trail where you can view the arch from underneath which as worth the extra little walk. The trail was quite crowded so if I went again I would go during the week and even earlier in the morning

Extremely hard but worth it for the views. When you feel like quitting just keep going and you’ll be so happy when you see the end of trail sign!

Easy hike, scenic views, popular spot. About 3-4 miles round trip from parking.

A good short hike to add to your one day GC iterenary.

If you stick out a thumb and a bee you might get a free private pink Jeep tour from a local on the walk back :)

We took Chuck Wagon Trail there and back. We got there around 7:30am and easily found parking. Nice, easy hike most of the way. It was a little bit of a climb at the very end but nothing crazy and well worth it :)

This is an extremely popular hike and the parking lot stayed full so there was a lot of parking on the road. We drove our Jeep in on the wide, rocky path for about a quarter-mile and hiked in the rest. There are several, well setup steep steps which quickly add to the elevation of this hike but I overheard several folks say it is well worth the effort, and I certainly agree.

Did not go all the way but it was extremely beautiful. Lots of climbing midway thru first part.

Hiked Thursday 4/12 in the afternoon. Super popular and busy trail- not for those looking for solitude. Easy inclines and everyone is patient to allow each person to walk onto the bridge for a photo op. Great views.

Dust and vehicles on the trail leading to the trailhead are annoying, but the views from the top are well worth the time. Doable in ~45 minutes to 1 hour one way.

Nice and easy trail, with a little bit of difficulty at the end, finishing with a beautiful view!

The hike from the parking lot wasn’t too bad. If you have a 4wheel drive car and sits high, you can go down the trail and park it closer, then hike your way up. Very cool spot to add to the list.

Not too difficult, some good views along the way and a cool finish at the bridge. Go early for parking and to avoid the masses of people.

Started from Chuckwagon to avoid hiking the dirt road. 4.6 miles round trip per Garmin. Trail was crowded and noisy. The arch is great for pictures and there are scenic red rock views along the way, but can get those views anywhere in Sedona. Will opt for a path less taken next time.

Very simple walk with not too much to see until you reach the canyon. Well worth it though, when the view opens up it was my favorite. Make sure you explore all the way to the point past the picnic area. We were the only people on the trail, enjoyed breakfast overlooking the canyon, and felt like we were on top of the world once we got to the edge of the point.

The road to the trail was boring but once to the trail to the Bridge was awesome.

Delightful landscapes. Trail best caught at parking leading to a short walk on a fire road and back onto Devils Trail. Moderate hike with a tad of an elevation for youngsters and some steep steps. Nice for a morning hike before lunch at noon.

Amazing! Beat the crowds! A must!

Emazining views , not so difficult.

Busy during this time of year. Being used to hiking places such as Cathedral Rock and Doe Mountain during the winter months, it was jarring to see the amount of people on the trail. The hike itself is nice for families and easily accessible, but for those seeking a more adventurous or secluded hike, there are better options available. It’s nice that such a relatively easy hike has nice views, but it also means that, say, unlike Cathedral Rock where the upper section turns away a lot of less dedicated hikers, there will be more people waiting to take photos at the end of this hike. Today was a Wednesday, so weekends could only get busier.

“Hard” Rated- Accurately! This hike is definitely some work, lots of straight up climbing and not for the casual beginner hiker. Took 2 hours to reach the top, and a little over an hour to get back to the car. There are lots of false illusions that you are “there”... just keep going. There’s about 3 false “peaks” before you reach the end. Pack lots of water and snacks for the top... all the work is worth the 360 degree views at the top. One of our favorite hikes in Sedona for sure!

Beautiful, quiet, short trail ending with astonishing view of the canyon rim. We had the whole place to ourselves. Definitely recommend!!!

A bit strenuous near the bridge, but well worth it. Great photo op!

We choose this hike based on how long the bus line was at the visitor center. But it had magnificent and breathtaking views at every turn. No regret. Our kids favorite hike of the vacation.

If you’re considering this trail and have not experienced its greatness, I suggest you stop everything you’re doing and just go. This was one of the more magnificent places I have been in AZ (sniff sniff). Makes me think of Zion NP in Utah, similar rock formations and foliage but on a way smaller scale. Almost like west trim trail and observation point trail got together and had a red head lil baby. The only complaint was the vast amount of gnats attempting suicide by flying into my open body orifices................other than that I cannot wait to go back and explore around. Careful for the beehives on the top top of the mountain and most importantly don’t give up until you reach the peak. If there were more stars I’d give this one 7/5 because it’s so unexpectedly beautiful and the right amount of challenge.

loved it

Nice trail, beautiful view with a lot less elevation gain to get to it that elder lookout was. Great for a relaxing hike with good views

Views are nice. The hike is short and easy. Probably should not have gone on a holiday weekend, a little crowded for my taste. Drove to the main trailhead in a stock 2011 4RUNNER, no problems.

We took chuck wagon out and road back. Chuck wagon was beautiful the road dusty. The bridge at the end is spectacular. Bring lots of water and sun screen.
