Great way to spend an early morning on a day off. Had the whole place to ourselves. High water from all the recent storms but the trail was fine and not muddy at all. Nice way to spend breakfast sitting at the falls. :-)

Great trails and not to buggy at all can swim and let your dog swim as well. Great place for a quick little hike takes about an hour to do all of them!

Good hike. Use insect repellent, the bugs are bad. Not much to look at scenery wise but it was a good easy hike nonetheless. Trail was well marked.

Nice easy walk, beautiful area. Was there on a Saturday and it wasn't too crowded. People were nice and courteous. It was fun to learn as we walked! Brought my pup with me but kept him on leash, he had fun exploring the trail as well. Will definitely be back again.

Trail was okay... there is a lot of paved road, but the smaller trails off the main road are nice. Also some cool Geocache spots if you’re into that!

Beautiful scenery and good hike but the trails after the falls are not marked well. Rough terrain off the blue hiking trail. Only reason I gave it 4 stars. This app got me through though.

Great easy walk nice park for kids. Very nice 9/11 memorial there

A very easy walk. Great with little kids; mostly stroller friendly. I liked that there was a dog park (although we didn’t use it this time) and a playground. There was a lot of activity with families and party’s (birthday and baby shower) and a lot of dogs (on leash). It was easy to find and there was plenty of parking.

Great hike for the whole family, kids really had a great time.

A little confusing at first, but had a great time exploring with our dog. Being so close to where we live in Newton, we’ll definitely be back!

Very easy for all ages. A good way to kill a few hours while being outdoors

Great place for an easy, moderate, or small-tougher hikes. Easy to get to from 128, and lots of parking at the park enterance off Totten pond road. Don't forget to pick up the very useful trail map at the park entrance. Trail heads are well marked but the rest of the trail isn't. We did a lot of the easier trails on the Western side of the park and a short difficult trail which was a series of steps cut into stone but which was still enjoyable. Large parts of the park is accessible by car. There are plenty of picnic tables and shelters through out the park. We also saw restrooms deep in the park. A gem of a place so close to the city!

Great diversity in trail difficulty/terrain and some nice views of Boston skyline make this an ideal trail running or hiking location. When I ran out to the marsh/bog section there were at least 4 snakes slithering about on the boards, which was pretty cool.

Great trails, my dog loved it!! He was charged by a beaver so be careful where you let them cool off. Some good climbing hills too!!

Views of the city are nice. Lots of uphill and downhill sections at varying levels of difficulty make for a great workout spot. However, the trails lack markings and general order.

I love this place. Very easy hiking. Benson Park has a well groomed paved path around Swan Pond and gardens. But then they have actual trails. No great views not much elevation but for what it is it’s great. If you want a nice quiet walk in the woods then Benson Park is it.

Simple easy trail!

We went mountain biking on this trail. It wasn't a long ride, with a bit uphill and downhill. Not very crazy. Suitable for beginners. The trail is quiet. Nice scenary!

Nice trail but quite dry during the summer. Lots of bugs - make sure to wear a hat, glasses and like sleeves!

suuuuuper easy and short. found one tick on me! the falls and river are gorgeous but there is a lot of stagnant water around for bugs. the trail runs along the highway for a bit but you can almost pretend it's a raging river.

The pond loop was great! Very easy to follow and nice views.

Great short hike!

The trails were well maintained but the farther you got away from the 1st couple of trails the poorer the trails and intersections were marked, all kinds of things to take pictures of ie beaver lodges, flowers, and theirs also a decent amount of lady slipper flowers too.

Fun fact the loop trail is actually 4 miles (at least that’s what my app said and what it felt like) and it does have some hills but the views of the ponds are gorgeous
