Well marked trail and decently maintained. Although several trees were down along the way, very few required climbing over/under. Beautiful overlook on the Cane Creek Falls.

Be sure to look into the lakes open dates! December through April the only open the gates for the first and the last Saturday’s of month. And

A little chilly this morning, however, it turned out to be a very easy hike. The views of the water fall I have to say was disappointing. The trail was well marked and numerous deadfall the entire trail.

Nice and relatively easy hike. Great views almost the whole way, especially in winter. Also, I saw a woman with a cat in a backpack. It even had it’s own little plastic bubble to look out of.

Great hike to a beautiful location!

Beautiful, easy walk that leads to good sized waterfalls. Our parents, who are older and not in great physical shape, really enjoyed the trail too.

Fun hike and easy.

We hiked this trail on Christmas Eve 2018 and had the trail all to ourselves. Sunny with the bluest of skies, couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day! Gorgoues view of the TN River along the way.

Really gorgeous views of the gorge, and a couple falls.

This was a wonderful fall trail with interesting changes in topography. The trail could be marked a little better, but if you use the trail map from this app on your phone to double check your location you’ll be fine. I started on the opposite side of the parking lot and didn’t have a problem. The forest was very quiet, somewhat eerily so, and hardly anyone was there in the middle of the week.

Only did a short section as a brisk dog walk. Only saw a few bikers and one hiker on a pretty Saturday so it’s a great spot to get some energy out of your pup. Gorgeous views, well cleared trail much of the way in that also intersects with three or four wooded narrow gorgeous trails. Definitely recommended!

Just hiked here. Amazing views and a fairly easy trail if you hike a lot. Doesn’t feel like 5.9 miles in. I started at 7:30 and got back to my car at 12 and I hung around the overlook for about an hour. Feels more like 4 miles for the whole thing. Absolutely beautiful especially since the trees have started to change color!

Enjoyed the steps cut through Indian Rockhouse and other scenic spots along the way. The view at Snooper's Rock is a must see and a great photo op. Took my dog on this hike and she had a great time.

The parking area is on the right and clearly marked. There is a trail that intersects directly to the parking area, but that's not the one for this hike. This trailhead is across the dirt road.

Nice hike and covered in Poison Ivy and a snake den under a rock by path! Beautiful hike!

Best view of a hike we have done. Pictures don’t do it justice.

I loved this hike! There’s a parking lot on the right side
Of the road by the CT sign. There’s a single wooden portapotty there also if you need. The trailhead is on the left. Go to Indian Rockhouse and end up at Snoopers. It’s a fantastic hike and that view never gets old! Best sunrise in Chatta❤️

Poison Ivy was overwhelming. The trail is overgrown in several spots. Trail surface is excellent. Waterfalls with bridge and a rock staircase with hidden stone door. Really cool. A great little swimming hole too.

Tough on beginners but well worth it if you can make it.

Nice hike, but TONS of poison ivy. Needs to be removed.

This is a very scenic hike! Multiple water falls and rock formations. not sure where they are getting the 2 miles from. this hike is 1 mile out and back from the road. Easy for all levels.

Great hike. Lots to see.

This was a nice day hike. The trail itself is fairly unremarkable, the two things that make it great are the Cane Creek Overlook and the harrowing trip down the cable side trail to the base of Cane Creek Falls. We will definitely be back.

My favorite hike! Beautiful views, challenging but awesome! Takes you to other connecting trails if you want longer hikes.

Nice easy hike!

There is a great pool at the falls near the bridge.

Love this little trail! We only had a little time before heading to Nashville and this was the perfect hike. Very interesting with small waterfalls and pools of water (a lot of rain lately).

Perfect trail for kids! Only was 1mi to the falls AND BACK though. Two small swimming hole areas. TONS of poison ivy on sides of the trail.
