Montreal to do Map

Great trail but not for beginners. Having a GPS is not an option. Be very careful leaving the summit both trails are side by side , yes I got lost and have to bushwhack my way with my GPS. Long trail crossing private trail many time, trail markets not always obvious

Modérer mais là piste est longue. Belle vue.

Slightly technical hike with great lookouts.

After it rained all night the trail was a little damp this morning but it was still a beautiful day

This is a great trail for all ages and dogs. I'd rate it as moderate as the inclines are not too steep and there aren't many of those. Since there are loose rocks and the Canadian Shield, hiking boots are best. Superb view over Lac du Deux Montangnes at the top of Route du Cavalaire. The Sommet trail is best begun at the far end of the parking lot as it isn't a well signed trail from the Sentier du Cavalaire.

Soyez attentifs.

Really nice hike !

Bring pants ;) it took around 4h15 with a launch at one view point. We were alone all the way !!!

Instead of Hard I would choose Moderate.
When you get to the top, the trail is closed so you have to take another road and there are no indication wich trail is what. Only one view point.
The beginning is sort of intense but the ending really average.

Not hard at all , not worth the money , 8.60$ for the parking fees , shame!
No god indications where to go , but nice and clean trials, won’t be back .

Belle Trail.

Very nice trail
Indications are not always there

We went today and it was so beautiful.!
Tough towards the end but still very nice and breezy.
We saw nobody during the whole hike! So nice.
A bunch of mosquitoes!

There is a spot to parc your car where the map is and the trails begin there.

Can get off the trail easily as the marks and signs are not well maintained. However, it was a nice hiking and a beautiful lake on the top, full of leeches though!
Mosquito bites were the saddest part. Double wear the repellents. I recommend the hiking.

A bit difficult!

The trail was really nice and very well marked, muddy in some spots after a weekend of heavy rain, but beautiful view at the top of Trois Lacs and very few other hikers. If you plan on doing it, you need to be a member for entry for the trail/parking and can buy a day pass online!

It was a good difficult one!

Very buggy, lots and lots of mosquitoes, but beautiful trail. Come early to mid may to see all the flowers in bloom. Not very difficult... a few up climbs that are steep but very doable for someone in very average physical condition

This was a fun, challenging trail. Pros: lush forest, good workout, few people, its a loop, and its well marked. Cons: there are only two small lookouts. Although there are regular markings, the trail itself is quite unkempt and overgrown. Wear long pants and bring bug spray. We suggest having lunch midway along the creek beside the road, as there are less bugs. Overall, would definitely recommend. Dont forget to pay the 6$ fee to Les Sentiers de l’Estrie, nothing will happen if you don’t, but it helps with maintenance, so that we can all enjoy it :)

Only 30 minutes to reach a view point for beginners and a very nice hike or snowshoe trek around the whole loop for those who are more advanced!

Really lovely trail. Definitely not hard. We were looking for some elevation and this only had a little bit. And the view trails were closed for repairs. But the whole walk was lovely.

Very muddy at this time of year (beginning may), pretty steep at times, very little foot traffic which is nice, but makes the path hard to find at times (just pay attention to the markers)
