Lots of trash during the hike and the trailhead was kind of hard to find. Also, the interstate goes right along the trail so you get those noises the whole time. But, overall it was a great hike, and the views are rewarding!! We hiked during the rain and it was nice as trees provided coverage.

hiked this trail from the campground. It was pretty strenuous on the way up but so beautiful with so much history!

Great little hike lots of swimming holes and a little bit of a incline , great view the only sad thing is there is sooooo much trash every where and it doesn’t seem like the park is well cared for. Always super upsetting . But would def do this hike again- just next time bring some trash bags.

Great, short hike for testing out my puppy's hiking skills. Beautiful scenery!! Trail was well marked, clean and medium skill level.

I underestimated this hike. We went in from the opposite end of Triple Falls, so we saw the Falls on the last part of our hike. The interstate noise is awful. I had read other reviews stating the same. But it isn’t a deterrent for the view once you reach the top. It’s gorgeous. We went in the beginning of August and it was really warm. Don’t forget to pack enough water (I quickly used up my 2L). All in all, really good hike. There is a lot of uphill once you get close to the top (duh) but it’s gradual and definitely possible. And for those of you who like to geocache, there are two on this trail.

Very cool trail and scenery. We only walked to arch-did not do whole loop.

Great hike. Took the kids (5 and 9) and parents. (mid-60s) Overall, a great challenge for the group with a rewarding view. I'd advise being aware of the conditions, as the rocks were very slick after the previous day's rain. Perhaps a dry afternoon would have been best for my crew!

Stayed many nights along the river here with friends. Cascades are neat and trail intersects with the Sheltowee trace 100 along the way at the cascades. Some of the inclines along the way are little tougher than a moderate rating I thought.

Nice day trek with plenty of water along the way for our dog. Very neat bridge with a nice creek to stop and take some pictures at before making the hike back. Remember its almost uphill the whole way back.

Awesome place with beautiful nature!!!

Beautiful trail. Saw lots of deer. They weren’t even afraid of us. Perfectly marked trail and beautiful scenery. Brisk walk, nothing too strenuous. A couple of uphill spots make for a great little workout.

The scenery and nature never cease to amaze me. One of my favorite views is from the pinnacle overlook.

Climbing this rock reminded me just how old I’m getting and how heights are starting to be alittle scary lol. All jokes aside this hike was beautiful and the view on top of chained rock was amazing and breathe taking.

This is a wonderful trail. The falls are great and the water is super cold… perfect after sweating your a$$ off hiking back to the car. The overlook at Eagle Bluff is awesome as well. At only 1.1 miles each way, I just wish it was longer.

Nice hike!! Pretty waterfalls!

We found this trail slightly challenging, But beautiful and well worth the hike.

A true hidden beauty! Absolutely beautiful!

One of the best in-and-out trails in the country. Other people have correctly described it as magical. From a river, golden eagles, exotic mushroom species, fish, caves, solitude, rock formations, and plenty of shade, this trail has it all.

We hiked on a Monday and literally did not see anyone on the trail or the trail road. The final road to the trailhead is gravel. The trailhead itself is immediately north of the river not south. Don’t be fooled by the trailhead opening south of the river, that’s not the trailhead.

I am 59, ten pounds overweight and in fair condition. We went on a pretty hot day. No question I got warm, but the trail is not super strenuous; its moderate rating is accurate. There are areas of caution, including steep grades and slippery rocks, but with a modicum of caution, it’s fairly safe and a lot of fun.

There is no cell phone service, and the system of roads in are just a little complicated. Downloading the area on a GPS App such as Maps With Me will eliminate the problem of getting in and out. We hiked to the Cumberland River, which makes it 2.5 miles out (in and out 5 miles). The number of streams and waterfall, plus previous high-water points, means this would not be a good area to get caught in during a red-cell thunderstorm. Lastly children under 10 and individuals with physical difficulties probably would find this trail very challenging.

We’ve hiked this trail several times and love it! Very pretty in the fall and spring. Hiked about 1/2 mile in today, though and saw fresh bear marks on the trail. We just turned around and headed back out!

Good Family trail. Took my 11yr old that has a weak lower trunk and Autism and my 4yr old. Neither had any issues walking this trail. The scenery is amazing. God's creation is just breath taking.

Great place for a quick day hike, awesome scenery, and great trails!

It was an absolutely beautiful trail! Between the mountain laurel trees, flowers, small waterfalls and streams, it just made a well rounded hike.

Great hike with some good hills and beautiful rock formations and creek crossings. Every time I go though I notice others have left trash camping past the bridge. Unfortunate to soil such a pretty place. LNT

We had a great hike here today. Perfect trail and absolutely love the suspense bridge!

Beautiful man made falls near the base of the hike. Then you ascend steeply for the remainder to reach a great lookout/picnic spot!

Love this trail. Great scenery beautiful landscapes from start to finish. Hike it in the summer and winter (wet) months for different views. Little waterfalls pop up throughout the trail....and if you like Paw Paws there’s a little grove close to where Bark Creek intersects with the Cumberland River....Nice little snack to enjoy before either heading back to the trailhead or onto the Sheltowee Trace.

Rock were slipper over cast day worth going to see

Beautiful trail in the woods, nice and shaded. Lots of water crossings after the rain but was pretty dry right now. I clocked it at 3.3 miles, gorgeous rock formations and a cute suspension bridge at the end.
