Nice walk/hike at base of Superstition Mountains.

Silly Mtn is just across Hwy 60 from our RV Resort and every time we pass the parking lot we see many cars parked there. Finally my hiking group walked over from Canyon Vistas RV Resort and hiked the loop you see here, plus every "cross path" for a total of about 6 miles. The group marked it Easy to Moderate but there wasn't much in the easy category... but the scenery was a big surprise and I'm glad I did it!!!!!!!

Nice hike by the Superstitions. Enough of a challenge in 90 degrees weather. A couple of tricky spots crossing other trails so keep an eye on your map.

Decent views. Easy to access. A bit too close to the highway for my liking.

Awesome hike! First time out and it was challenging when you are closer to reaching the peak. For those who are on a weight loss journey, I am 300lbs and took a couple of breaks on the way up but was able to go up the Treasure Loop Trail and connect to Prospector’s View Trail which doubled the hike. If I can do it, YOU can do it too

Beautiful and kids friendly

Great for a nice walk, a number of different trails and good views.

4 stars mostly for sentimental value. Some nice views of the Superstitions and one confusing part where the trail follows a less than obvious route.

Intense but not difficult. Better in the Summer if you ask me. No elevation change worth noticing. Overall a great hike.

A bit too flat, very little shade. Nice blossoms beginning to show.

Great trail for photos of the Superstition Mountains. Me and my parents in their 50's who don't hike at all easily completed this in 90 degree heat.

Great trail for beginners. Beautiful scenery and views.

The trail was okay. A lot of rocks. Very confusing trail. It’s not Silly Trail it has different names and at the near end loop I could not find the trail instead of that I went in Mt Baldy trail to get to my car. I give 3 stars two reason are a lot of rocks but the major reason is the trails are very confusing. Yes I use All Trail Map by the way

I didn’t realize most of this hike/trail was a wash but it’s a good little hike for little dogs. Lots of mountain bikers and tons of Cholla to watch for!

Nice trail but a bit too flat and generic to get 4 stars from me.

Good trail, not too long. So many cactuses, I haven’t made it through without the pups getting one stuck in their paw, but otherwise good. Also the price went up to $7 to enter the park.

Went from Moonlight Trail to San Tan Trail instead of San Tan Trail to Moonlight this time it was more challenge than last time I went because of a lot of incline but GREAT work out. End up 6.6 miles 2 and half hour if you want to see gorgeous city. Go from San Tan Trail to Moonlight Trail and easier than Moonlight to San Tan Trail

Perfect for a warm up for longer hikes. Not much to see but enjoyable

Nice trail close to home!

Great trail. We park off First Water road so the hike is 3.5 miles from there. I bring my dogs and it’s a great hike for them, even my 11 year old Lab can make it..with some breaks of course.

Saw my first Saguaro blossoms on this beautiful trail today! The desert was once again gorgeous on this hike. Seemed like everything was purposely planted or placed in its spot. Great views of Superstition Mtns. Can’t wait to have hubby ride his bike thru here this weekend while I walk the dog!

I love and love I did 6.3 miles and it’s good work out too a lot of uphills and downhills. Not too hard. I def will come back more Theres several bench you can take a break.

Some incline at beginning then flattens out. Nice views.

Easy, beautiful hike especially at sunset!

The trail is not marked at all, make sure you know where you are going, we used AllTrails maps and they worked great. We went counterclockwise and there is very little shade at the end, so if you want shade at the end make sure you go clockwise. We didn’t see much wildlife but we did see some toads on the trail

Had a great time, very few people and my dogs loved it!!

Sweet gentle hike. Nice for a limited time line to get a feel for hiking.

This was a perfect trail if you're looking for a moderate jaunt up the butte to see an incredible view of town and meander in and out of the rock formations. It took us about an hour and a half to complete the whole loop. We went on a Saturday morning and it wasn't super busy since there are plenty of trails to choose from within Lost Dutchman. No wildflowers yet, but the cacti were fun to see. The trail is well maintained, but it is steep at first, so bring water and be prepared to take a few breaks if you're not an experienced hiker. Entry into the park is $7, which includes lots of bathrooms, water fountains, paved parking, maps, and well marked trails.

great hike when you need a quick easy one. view from the top shows you the bigger surrounding mountains. absolutely no shade
