easy bus ride from downtown. lots of options to extend your walk. a nearby wastewater plant lends some unwanted "ambience" in places, but wasn't too bad. fog can limit the view on some days too.

It's a great trail. We did hike the long trail and walked back via short but difficult rocky trail. the view are amazing.

beautiful trail that gets really steep on the climb up.

Found a drone controller on Poo Poo point trail (the flat area where you can see Mt Rainier). Please reply or DM me if this is yours with a description of the controller. Trying to make sure it finds its owner.

beautiful surprise great for weddings

Challenging yet doable without lots of experience. I suggest bringing water and a snack to have at the beach!

You can be in the middle of a forest right in Bellevue. It’s beautiful. Smooth single and double track trail running.

It’s a nice easy hike. Beautiful views of bluff, beach, and the Olympic range in the distance. Try to plan your trek just as low tide arrives. The ocean leaves beautiful tide pools brimming with starfish and other animal life.

Saw an eagle!! At the lighthouse

Great trail. Beautiful views!

Great trail for cardio... did it with the kids 7-12 yrs old... they did get tired, but the end was amazing... we got to see people para gliding.. and some beautiful views.

Nice easy trails, great to bring dogs on. The loop is 4.4 mi but the network is extensive and you could easily double that if you want.

Good trail with very nice views and ocean nearby and it's easy.

great trail fun going down the hill to beautiful Lake Washington not for the fragile gets pretty steep & must watch ur footing..

awesome trail with beautiful view on top. definitely recommended.

Went with family. Oldest 76 youngest 7. We had a great time. They have walking only trails or trails for all including horses. Parts of the trails had roots in the pathway so watch your footing. If you go the loop... I hear it’s like a 45 min hike. We did an extended hike by taking the long way every time we came to a split ( signs telling you how long each path is back to parking lot). We were out for a couple hours or more. Nothing real steep so it was a nice walk.

This was a great day hiking. While there were several cars in the parking lot (September, Thursday, noon) I happened on only one person along the trail. As mentioned in previous reviews this trail is loaded with junctions. There should be maps at the information station at the trailhead; take one of the maps form the information station at the trailhead.

The trail is generally flat until after Shy Bear Pass. When the elevation changes come they do so quickly. At this point the trail also switches from smooth to rocky. Nothing technical but you will want to watch your foot placement.

While the route doesn’t specifically include it I do recommend taking the short spur to Wilderness Peak. Sign the registry, have sit on the bench, and enjoy the moment. While the peak lacks a stunning view you should never miss an opportunity to summit.

Beautiful loop! Great views of the water and some good woods. Not crowded on a Thursday early afternoon. I just walked it but would also be a really fun run. On my trek today I came across a cell phone lying in the brush - I brought it to the visitor's center. Hope you find it!

Great trail for all. I hike it regularly with my 6yr old.

beautiful Hick today

A nice trail for being in a city. I hiked it mid-day on a Monday and I did not experience a lot of traffic. The trail was generally clean but I was annoyed to see bike-share bikes being left at random points. I'll be back to hike it again since it is close to home and it makes a nice post-workday stress reliever.

Didn’t make it far, detoured. But was a nice hike while it lasted.

This trail is readily accessible via public transportation, which means it's also a busy trail. Great for a nice relaxing stroll while also enjoying some nature!

great trail for running, decent foraging. unfortunately came back to my window smashed in after hike. Contrary to signage, there are no cameras over looking the parking lot. Still a beautiful trail though, just be conscientious.

Grate hiking, nice place and fresh air.

Great hike close to Seattle. Rocky but well maintained trail. Fun to watch the paragliders at the top on a sunny day. You will have lots of company.

Easy to walk and hike around. Need a few more signs on the trail.

Love this hike. Took the kids on it and we had a blast exploring all the nature. Love that it's so close to the 'burbs but feels like you're in the middle of nowhere.

No spectacular views, but good scenery the whole duration of the trail. Make sure to have a map with you, as it can get quite confusing with the number of junctions this trail has. If you have trekking poles bring them as they will be useful at the midpoint of the trail as that is where most of the elevation change occurs.

Interlaken is looking so nice. Here you can find the classics of Alpine and the image of mountain.
