Went early this October morning. Saw lots of deer and pretty views. Good hike.

Consistently one of my favorites. Variety in terrain and several nice viewpoints. Not overly difficult with plenty of spots to stop for a rest.

My absolute favorite trail! I didn’t notice any litter on my hike, as others have stated. It’s just the right elevation to get your heart pumping but the waterfall is perfect. My dogs and I enjoyed cooling off. Steps can be slippery when wet but this is one I would do over and over if time allowed.

Excellent in all categories, except heavily trafficked. Litter along the trail is inevitable, so carry a trash bag.

This was a great trail. The uphill slope was a great workout and the falls at the end were beautiful. I think it is worth mentioning the mileage is slightly off as part of the trail is closed off and you must follow a trail detour down the road a ways.

Beautiful trail. The trailhead is not marked very well and is across the road from the parking lot next to a residence. Very boring for the first mile or so. Lots of spider webs so use a stick to knock them down. Abt a mile in it gets much prettier and lush. Gorgeous rock formations. Slick in spots. Good for kids just keep an eye on them. The falls were beautiful with a lil sandy beachy area. Talk falls that land in a rock pile so you can’t get under them really. Not really enough water underneath to wade in but I guess sometimes it would be a good I swimming hole to splash in with a sandy bottom. Headed out is mostly uphill. We did not see a single person on our hike on a beautiful Sunday in October so I’d say this trail is not frequented much.

Loved this place, just went today definitely a good hike and picture taking place. Seen one snake other then that no problems other then saying wow a hundred times lol....

Went again awesome trail. Would love to go back when its changed more to fall colors.

We did the full 6+ mile loop. The trail is great and we'll maintained. Be prepared to wade through at least one creek. There was only one spot that was a little confusing but if you look closely you can tell which path is more well traveled.
As a side note after hiking some other local trails I'd rate this as more of a Moderate difficulty as there is some good climbs towards the end if you're going clockwise around the trail.

Easy paved trail with some nice historic bridges and a creek running alongside it.

Great little trail, the scenery I loved!!

Great park definitely worth a visit.

This is a great paved walk to do with little ones. It is suitable for strollers. There are leaves on the ground and some sticks, so a jogging stroller is best so the ride would be smooth. A nice stream follows most of the path and you cross it on three old bridges. The pathway dead ends at a gate into Fort Knox. Going out is a very slightly uphill most of the way, but it's all slightly downhill going back to your car.

Great little hike. The falls at the end depend on how much it rains.

Very cool short hike

We had a good time with our 8, 5 and 3 year old. Probably will do it again soon.

Hiked this trail on 9/13/18, it was a good trail, not difficult, well marked and had some cool rock formations. We had the place to ourselves, we didn't see a single other person the whole day.

Yahoo is definitely one of my favorite places. The trail is definitely a hike, but its perfect for Fall!

hilly at times, shady for much of it. the lake definitely has fish. popular as there were several people and dogs. worthy of a morning hike

Beautiful scenery!! Trail was a slight challenge, which I love!

One of my favorites and regulars at JM. The secluded lake is an awesome reward after a 2 mile hike.

Nice shady trail. Saw a family of deer!

great exercise, obviously will hear traffic at points but it's in the city, watch out for mountain bikers. I'll be doing this trail again

Decent when they maintain the trails, good for a short lunch time hike

Nice trail, the fall was really cool.. you don’t have to take the staircase down, if you keep walking the trail loops around and you can get down on the other side... good information, if you have a dog.

Very busy loop! I didn’t realize it was paved but there are plenty of cut through trails into the wooded area. Lots to explore. Beautiful bridges! Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely beautiful trail. Incredible rock formations, beautiful wild flowers, gorgeous falls. It's well marked and maintained. It took us just under four hours, and that's including an hour and a half at the falls. The shade is great too! Take a stick because we went through at least 30 spider webs!

Not bad for a paved path. Probably a better hike in the spring when it’s wet season and more flowers are in bloom and the water is flowing better in the creek.
