Johnny & Nae Hikes Map

This trail was great! I had to cut my hike short due to a quickly dying phone battery, and ended up making my own smaller loop. Luckily there were many nearby gravel roads to help make whatever loop you want. There was a layer of crunchy snow on the ground and the trail was interrupted by many fallen trees from the recent storm. Saw some wildlife around the water's edge. I can't wait to come back and do the full orange loop once spring hits!

Fun trail with the pups. Moderate uphill climbs, beautiful scenery, and well marked. The was quite a bit of mud and some snow in mid-March, but nothing a good pair of boots can’t handle. Will definitely be going again!

Nice hike but expected a bit more. I'll need to revisit in the end of spring.

Beautiful spot for a winter walk with the dog. Well maintained well marked trails. Woods, wetlands, variety of woodland plants. Friendly people along the way.

Great trail but the blue blazes could have been better marked

Fun easy walking trails. Bring waterproof boots if you go anywhere up a week after a rainstorm

Very kid friendly. Took 2.5 & 5.5 year olds on red trail. They loved jumping over fallen logs and climbing over one stony stretch!

GREAT place! Good moderate trails with rocks, roots, streams with bridges, good inclines (and declines), rocks formations, cairns, and historical scenery (stone walls, Farm foundations, etc).

definitely have a plan of which trails you want to take, and take a picture of the map. it's marked clearly but a lot of the trails intersect and you can go the wrong way pretty easily. they're nice trails to walk on. some of it can get pretty hilly but for the most part it's an easy hike. there's shorter loops you can take but the full loop will take you 3-4 hours.

Took my 11 year old and baby wore my 9 month old. We did the red trail. Had a great time. Beautiful day. Would definitely rate this as a more moderate trail.

I did this trail February 11, 2018.it was cool with a little drizzle and parts of the trail were icy, but it was a great trail. Beautiful scenery. Has a little bit of everything...

Today we parked just over the bridge on Manchester Print Works Road off of Great Rd and walked on the paved road around Oley Pond which was a good choice as the trails looked pretty muddy. The pond loop was about 3.5 miles. Very pleasant! We look forward to hiking the trails with appropriate footwear or closer to spring.

Alot of history within these woods. from the great fire at the original Monastery itself, and the Nine Mens Misery memorial site dating back to King Phillips war.

loved it. Bet it's beautiful in the summer.

great hike with a number of vistas. You do have to know where the side trails are to get the great views. the trail is more than moderate.

Well maintained trail with the occasional fall downs. There were plenty of trail markers and maps throughout. Impressive rock formations can be seen within the first few minutes of the trailhead on the red trail. At the highest point of elevation there is a picnic bench overlooking the forest.

I know this woods like the back of my hand ❤️ hiking here since I was a toddler. Peaceful and beautiful lake.

I parked at Pardon Gray and the small lot had plenty of spots for cars. The trails were very muddy but that is to be expected this time of year. The trails were well marked with varied colored blazes.

The only downside was the paper trail map that was available at the parking area only had half the trails on it. Maybe only the Pardon Gray area and not the Weetamoo Woods trails were listed, even though they all connected. I guess I need to read up on the area to understand why.

Overall, great area to be in the woods!!

On Saturday, Jan 20, 2018, my boyfriend and me completed this trail. We found a picnic table on top of the red trail. We would do this trail again.

Beautiful little gem in my home state, lots of snow, probably better off with snowshoes until the snow melts and packs. This trail was a series of different trails, so be careful and keep checking your recording if you want to complete this trail, maybe it was harder to follow in snow too. Very well lit trail so I think in the spring, summer and fall this would be much much easier.

This was my first down and back trail, this is a good one nice inclines and declines. It was a good hike with beautiful views and gets the heart pumping.

Very dog friendly, great trail! Easily marked!

Nice trail! A great workout, rocky terrain with a lot of stones and tree roots; slightly slippery after the recent rain. Beautiful creeks along some of the trails with a mini waterfall. Would love to hike this trail in the spring when there is more wildlife!

nice, easy paced trail.

Good trail for a brisk hike.

Grate trails. Well marked and clean. Nice scenery. Took my dog along with me on this hike no issues there.

Very nice guided hike. Beautiful weather and great company.

Beautiful place to hike. Thank you Audubon Society! Blue trail loop has a nice variety of scenery and moderately difficult. Bringing the hiking poles next time.Well marked and trail maps posted in order to select the appropriate trail for you.

Absolutely awesome!! You get a little bit of everything. Heavy Woods, rock climbs, river trail, and well marked trails. The wife and I really enjoyed this trail.
