Not much of a hike as it is very short, but absolutely stunning views.

The payoff for not a whole lot of effort is incredible. Long view of the Saskatchewan Glacier then a long view down the wall.

Not much of a hike and very easily accessed from the parking lot but a great walk with views.

This is a premier hike in the Canadian Rockies and it is not difficult to access or hike. You quickly get into views of the Columbia ice field, Mt. Athabasca, the Athabasca Glacier, and Dome Glacier. The views are spectacular!

The lakes are beautiful and people are actually jumping in for a swim! Perfect on a hot and sunny day! Come prepared if you want to go swimming. There is a presence 2 red Adirondack chairs to offer you the best spot to sit down and relax. Great hike for a family with young kids.

Great little hike with great views of Patricia and Pyramid Lakes at the top and also views of Jasper. Easy with some steeper sections. Didn't see any wildlife, although a solo hiker caught a glimpse of a lynx just before us and showed us a photo of it on her phone. We did try to look for it but alas it didn't wait for us :) A nice hike if you are in the Jasper area.

Solid trail as it's hard enough to give satisfaction, but not easy enough to be a stroll in the woods. Always the risk of seeing some wild animals is a bonus.

From my point of view, this is the best waterfall in Jasper. An easy hike with great spots to take pictures.

This is a great hike on a lovely day. Grateful that we took the first left after the bridge to go clockwise, avoiding much of the steep uphills. Turn right at the intersection with 2 "9" blazes and be prepared for a steep downhill and some muck close to the outflow creek. First Lake is stunning approached from the north end with views of the snow capped mountains. Found a pretty lakeside spot for lunch. The other lakes are pretty, too, especially Fifth Lake. The return from Fifth is rated difficult, but it's not terribly so. Bears reported close to the trail by other hikers, consequently being vigilant is recommended.

Great bang for your buck. Beautiful views, easy to do with kiddos, well maintained!

Super easy and fun hike. Absolutely stunning views at the top. Definitely a new favorite of ours!

A dozen switchbacks to start you off but they aren’t too steep. At the top the trail becomes a web of trails. Plenty to explore. Amazing to go a couple hours before sunset. Four stars because of all the mosquitos. Couldn’t enjoy the top as long as I’d have liked because of them. So many mosquitos.

Beautiful!!

Trail is well maintained and rolls through the valley around the lakes. It was the Saturday of a Canada Day long weekend when we went so trail was quite busy. The lakes are small but still beautiful with typical wildlife. The hike is easy and accessible for all skill levels and ages.

Awesome trail with a real variety of scenery. Views of the glaciers were outstanding. Side trip to the ridge was worth it as you could see all of the glaciers from that vantage point. Be prepared for changing weather. It was sunny when we started, but snow accompanied us on the return trip. Strolled by a heard of big horn sheep hunkered down just off the trail.

Great trail for breaking in the legs. Pretty intense climb to the top for us Floridians, but the view at the top was excellent.

Relatively quick, but also somewhat challenging as it is basically straight up ~900 vertical feet to views of the glacier. It took us just around 2 hours round trip, with a short stop at the end to enjoy a snack and the scenery. Be prepared for changing weather as it was very nice out when we started (around 9:30 am), but when we neared the end it was cold and raining. We needed fleeces and rain coats. Also saw two foxes along the trail!

Very easy hike! Lots of different scenery. I recommend going for Wilcox Peak while you're in the area if you're up for a bit of a challenge.

Great trail even though at certain points can be very crowded but overall would recommend to all.

Tons of switch backs but well worth it at the end. The view is amazing and there’s tons of spots you can pull out to chill at the end.

One of my faves.

nice easy walk lovely views

Absolutely correct to bear left so you end up going down stairs. Your finish should be on trail 7h returning to the main parking lot. Unbelievable chasm. We liked the walk down with the river on our left.

Great trail! parked at bridge 5 then went towards bridge 2 (busy) then took 7H back its beautiful and not as busy.

We just did this hike on June 7, 2018, it was a travel day for us from Jasper to Banff. We made a lunch and ate it on the memorial bench at the lower falls. We were left alone for over an hour as we ate and midterms to the falls. If you stop here, I advise you to go to the less busy lower falls.
